Australia has no shortage of beautiful, highly successful women, with notable names like Jackie ‘O’ Henderson and Pip Edwards often being pursued in the dating market.
But despite having endless romantic options with their looks, money and enviable careers, these ‘dream girls’ are still yet to find the one.Â
Relationship expert Kelsey Gaudreault tells Daily Mail she believes the single status of high-achieving women could be attributed to a resistance and fear of vulnerability.Â
‘Because women are becoming so successful… what we’re craving from men is something they’ve never been able to provide,’ she begins.
‘That’s emotional depth, safety and connection. I think this is really scary for men. I have chills because I think this is what’s happening.Â
‘As all these powerful women are coming up, building these brands and making money, we’re calling men into their hearts and their souls. This is what’s needed.’
A relationship expert has revealed why she believes high-achieving women like Jackie ‘O’ Henderson, 50, (right) and Pip Edwards, 45, (left) are still single, despite being ‘dream girls’
Kelsey says one of the reasons successful women like Jackie, 50, and Pip, 45, get ‘a big pushback’ in their love life is because men are ‘terrified’ of being vulnerable.
However, The House of Union founder, 34, goes on to say women also put up the same obstacles, creating a disconnect between the two sexes.Â
‘Looking at Jackie O and Pip Edwards… we have this beautiful persona and personality and ambition,’ she adds.
‘It almost acts like a wall and a protection mechanism and it prevents us from seeing the woman underneath the success.’
The Canadian-based CEO says the ‘woman underneath the success’ is ultimately ‘what a man will fall in love with’.Â
‘Being emotionally available means being ourselves and allowing the world to actually see the truth of ourselves underneath the success,’ she says.Â
‘The majority of the world right now is performing femininity. These women, they really are what I would call the “dream girl”.Â
‘They have everything, the style, the fashion, the body, everything. So often we think that that’s what femininity is, but embodiment really means that we are just being.’Â

‘We are not trying, we are not performing, we are not chasing, we are not doing, we are literally just being,’ she adds.
‘It’s a moment by moment expression of the feminine without any agenda. There’s no outcome. That’s embodiment.’
Jackie and Pip have frequently been in the headlines for their dating life, along with other successful Australian women such as Dina Broadhurst.
The KIIS FM radio star, who is worth millions, split from her ex husband Lee Henderson in 2018 after 15 years of marriage, with the pair sharing daughter Kitty, 14.
While Lee has well and truly moved on with tattooed jiu-jitsu instructor Gabriella Motta, Jackie often shares her dating woes with her radio listeners.
Meanwhile, Pip and Dina, 50, frequently make headlines for their short-lived romances with millionaires and high-profile men. Â
Most recently, Aussies were also glued to their screen as they watched 20 high-achieving women fight for the heart of Barry ‘Bear’ Myrden on The Golden Bachelor.Â
However, most of them were sent home lovelorn while the infrastructure engineer, 61, went home with CEO Sunny Long—the pair have already had to battle split rumours.Â

Kelsey’s advice to successful women looking for love is to ask themselves: ‘Can you let yourself be seen beyond the success?
‘It’s like the queen in her bedchambers when she takes off her crown and she takes off her gown and she’s just naked in front of her king, she can’t hide behind anything.
‘Can you let him see that version of you? Can you ask yourself why you’re afraid of being seen? Where do you think your worth lies?
‘Is it in everything that you do or is it in just your feminine essence? The woman that you are, your soul, your heart, what’s underneath everything.
‘That’s what we want to lead with… Can we find worth in our being outside of all the accolades.’Â
Kelsey, who is based in Canada, calls herself a spiritual teacher and is known for helping her clients be emotionally available in their relationships.Â
She encourages her followers to ’embody feminine power’ and teaches them ‘how to create sacred union within themselves’. Â
