Prince Jackson appeared in excellent spirits as he attended the opening night of a new musical about his famous father, Michael Jackson.
The 28-year-old son of the late pop star jetted into Australia to walk the red carpet at MJ The Musical at the Lyric Theatre in Sydney on Saturday night.
Prince opted for a blue pin striped suit paired with a white dress shirt and lavender tie in satin.
He added a pair of black leather goods and pulled his long, brunette hair back in a ponytail.
The screenwriter, who sported a neatly trimmed beard, beamed for photos as she rubbed shoulders with local stars.
Prince, who was a surprise guest at the event, told the Daily Telegraph ‘I’m really great’ when asked how he was doing.

Prince has kept a low profile following his father’s death back in 2009.
Insiders reveal to MailOnline that Prince, who Michael shares with Debbie Rowe, is ‘pretty much living life like a rich LA Trust fund kid – but is not one of those obnoxious LA 20-somethings guys who act like their money buys them anything.’
While Prince is living the life in The City Of Angels, it has been revealed that Prince Michael II, better known as Blanket, has renamed himself Bigi and is now living life as a recluse away from the glaring light that accompanies his famous name.
Yet far from his brother’s hunt for anonymity, sources close to Prince have shed light on his life close to the spotlight through production and PR, his steady romantic life and also revealed the heartbreaking reason he retreated from public life.
In launching his career, Prince expressed interest in becoming a movie director or even TV series creator after his graduation from Loyola Marymount University.
Sources said: ‘He added Business Studies into his degree, but has not pursued much commerce alone since leaving uni. He had a charmed life where his home, cars, holidays and expenses are covered, meaning he can do as much or as little as he pleases…
‘That is not to say he is an LA brat, because he is a nicely spoken and polite young man. His drive is certainly nothing like that of his father.’
The insider revealed that Prince has relied on links to PR firms, connected to the estate, to get him gigs, things are usually connected to his dad’s entities or charities.

The insider continued: ‘He had a stint working for Entertainment Tonight, but ‘that simply whittled away as he had little to offer or create with them’…
‘He has been ‘working on scripts for a few years’ with an idea to produce or direct, but ‘in truth there is little noise about that now…
‘He had also looked at using his funding from the estate to ‘fund projects and act as a producer but that never happened’.
The release of 2019 documentary Leaving Neverland acted as a turning point for Prince however, as he withdrew from the spotlight.
Sources continued: ‘When the Leaving Neverland documentary allegations came out about his dad, he seemed to take a step back from dealing with Hollywood and media. The noise about his dad was too much for his voice or plans to be heard.’
MailOnline has contacted Prince’s representatives for comment.
He did subsequently launch a film company King’s Son Production about the dreams as it is the art for Prince. Despite the launch and undertaking music videos and promos to help sister Paris with her music dreams the business has been ‘on the downlow.’
They went on: ‘Prince likes to do his thing with his friends. He loves to ride his motorbikes, hang with friends at their mansions in Calabasas and remains pals with many of his old bodyguards, who looked after him when he was growing up.’

Aside from his professional aspirations, he has been dating Molly Schirmang, who he met through university, for ‘quite a long time now: ‘They seemed very settled and under the radar…
‘They don’t pursue that desire to go to Hollywood events or hang with A-listers really. They like their friend circle, hanging with friends and dates in The Valley…
‘They are close, but we have not heard much about a wedding or anything like that. Prince keeps his love life to himself.’
Prince has a ‘good relationship, a working relationship’ with the estate: ‘For many years he has been the front of dad Michael’s posthumous ventures from going to support MJ One in Vegas to heading out to birthday celebrations for his dad in Gary, Indiana, he has made himself available…
‘He always is happy to represent the family and his dad’s legacy. He supported the 40th anniversary celebrations of Thriller and usually the host of the MJ Halloween nights at the old family home in Encino.’
Prince has also showcased his philanthropic ways, having co-founded the Heal Los Angeles organization, with John Muto.
The nonprofit organization helps ‘inner-city youth of Los Angeles by furnishing access to co-curricular educational initiatives that will emphasize the value of an active, healthy lifestyle, and provide the tools needed to earn an education.’
