The 58-year-old Oscar winner — who stars in a glitzy new campaign — posted a rare throwback photos of the children as babies sitting in high chairs and added a warm caption.
‘These game changers, life alterers, ❤️expanders once were 1 and now are 21! That was fast. Happy Birthday my Dears,’ the proud mom gushed.
Julia shares the fraternal twins, as well as 18-year-old son Henry, with longtime husband Danny Moder, 56.
Her fashion stylist Elizabeth Stewart wrote in the comments, ‘Happy birthday to the bestest,’ and joked, ‘They kind of look the same.’
And actress Ali Wentworth added, ‘Happy Birthday to the best! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️.’

It comes after this past September the mom-of-three opened up about parenthood in an interview with longtime friend George Clooney.
The veteran actors had a conversation published in the inaugural issue of 72 Magazine.
Julia got candid about raising her brood, describing herself and her husband as ‘stricter parents’ than others in their community.
Asked if she limited her kids’ internet access when they were growing up, the actress said, ‘I think they were, for sure, some of the last kids in their peer groups to get phones and stuff like that.
‘When they were younger, certainly, Danny and I would have been considered some of the stricter parents. Not like we’re laying down the law, but these are the rules and they don’t change.
‘Here’s the boundary of your life and it does not shift. You know, you don’t ask me and get an answer and then go ask dad and get a different answer. That doesn’t happen. It will never happen.’
She added, ‘I think that is what creates the stability that then allows them to feel secure because you know there is this fixed world of love and safety that exists unconditionally.’
In another part of the dialogue, the Notting Hill star shared, ‘You know, we all want our kids to grow up with values. This is what we want as parents.
‘I think part of it is just Danny and I are definitely aligned in our core values and always have been.’

On the topic of her kids discovering her fame, she said: ‘I think when kids are little, kids only know what you let them know. I can’t even tell you how old my kids probably were when they really understood my place in a work world.’

This comes after she looked very youthful in her new Lancôme holiday campaign. She was wrinkle free as she wore dewy plum makeup with her highlighted hair down in soft waves.
The star was in a red turtleneck with slacks and a matching coat as well as long diamond chandelier earrings as she took a pink train through the snow in a clip.
