Princess Love Accuses Ex Ray J of Abuse After Gun Incident

Princess Love has accused her ex Ray J of ‘abusing’ and ‘terrorizing’ women as she publicly responded to his arrest after he allegedly pulled a gun on her. 

Ray J was arrested on Thanksgiving morning after he was seen on a Twitch livestream reaching for a handgun and apparently loading it – before Princess Love eventually entered the scene, accusing him of pointing the gun at her.  

Ray J, 44, allegedly denied this, instead claiming she and another individual were intoxicated.

Now an emotional Princess Love, 41, has addressed the terrifying incident on her Instagram.

In a video which appears to have since been deleted, she urged him to go to rehab – and even claimed their children once walked in on him naked with another woman in his bed.

The Daily Mail has contacted representatives for Ray J and Princess Love over the video but have not yet heard back. 

Princess Love, who shares daughter Melody, six, and son Epik, five, with Ray J, began by stressing how she has been focused on her own life and raising her kids.  

‘I just want to say I’ve been doing a really great job at protecting my peace and staying off of social media and just going to work, taking care of my kids, minding my business,’ she began in a video captioned ‘Enough is enough’, according to TMZ.

‘I love my kids. And I would never do anything to put them in danger, including leaving them with a man who’s waving a gun around. I would never do anything to put my kids’ lives in danger.

‘I’m the best mother, and I do it alone. I take my kids to school alone. I go to parent-teacher conferences alone. I put them to bed alone, while you’re out here running around the world terrorizing women and abusing women.’

Princess Love then said he allegedly pulled a gun on her because she was trying to leave his home with their children.

She said she had agreed to spend Thanksgiving with him in order for him to be with their children.  

‘What I’m not about to do is let you deflect and not take accountability for your actions for pulling a gun out on me and my cousin’s husband, because I was trying to take my kids and leave your house. I agreed to come over there and cook for Thanksgiving because I wanted you to be around your kids.’

She claimed the kids then ran into him with another woman the last time she left them with him. 

‘With me present, because the last time I left them with you, they found you naked in a bed with a woman. And when I tried to ask you about it, you told me to f**k myself and that I don’t run s**t over there. So, take accountability, right? 

‘Do better, check yourself into rehab, because you’re more than drunk. You’re not about to sit here and try and make me look crazy when I am the best mother since the day my kids were born. 

‘I have been the best mother and I’ll take that. Because I am. Everything I do, I do for my kids, including being around you. When I don’t want to or have to. It’s crazy. I’m gonna continue to pray for you and pray that you get the help that you need. 

‘Because waving a gun around and leaving guns everywhere around your house is not OK. I did nothing to you to deserve that. My cousin’s husband didn’t do anything to deserve that. Never again.’ 

The response came following Ray’s arrest following a chaotic Thanksgiving morning incident, during which he allegedly pulled a gun and issued violent threats.

Records obtained by the Daily Mail show that Ray J, born Willie Norwood, was arrested by LAPD at 4:08am and booked on a felony charge of making criminal threats, described as ‘terrorizing causing fear.’

The charge is defined under California penal code as making a criminal threat to a victim or victims ‘with immediate and serious bodily harm, or death.’

Law enforcement insiders told TMZ that the incident unfolded at a residence in Porter Ranch, where police responded to a call regarding a possible domestic disturbance involving threats.

Although he remained in an LA jail for a few hours on $50,000 bail, he has since been released.

Ray J allegedly appeared on a live social media video ranting that he was having ‘the worst Thanksgiving’ of his life, claiming someone was attempting to take his children and that he was being threatened.

During the livestream, he reportedly reached for a handgun, appeared to load it and made statements viewers interpreted as violent threats, allegedly warning that if anyone stepped near his door he would ‘blow’ them away.

Princess Love reportedly then entered the scene while holding one their daughter and accused Ray J of pointing the gun at her.

”Take my kids, cause y’all drunk… Y’all want to drive drunk? Drive drunk. Drive drunk Princess,’ he said.

‘Ray, you just pointed a gun at us,’ she replied.

‘I didn’t point nothing at y’all!’ he said. 

Moments later, a man entered the home and confronted Ray J, triggering further escalation.

Ray J is alleged to have issued additional threats, including statements that he would shoot the man. 

Audio from the livestream appears to capture a child crying and the sound of approaching police sirens as officers arrived and began securing the residence.

Princess was reportedly heard speaking with officers and stated that her son had told her a gun was on the table, though the audio remains partially unclear.

Authorities reportedly cleared the residence and took Ray J into custody without further incident.

Upon his release, a man identifying himself as Ray J’s manager told TMZ ‘he came right over to get’ his client ‘out’ after receiving the call.

Ray J was later seen at a bail bonds office.

Princess and Ray J married in 2016 at The Cathedral Of St. Vibiana, a Catholic church in Los Angeles. 

The couple have filed for divorce and reconciled multiple times in their marriage, more recently last year with Princess petitioning to end the marriage.
