Kylie Roasts Kendall’s Thanksgiving Cooking After Cucumber Fiasco

Kylie Jenner cheekily poked fun at her sister Kendall Jenner’s cooking as they helped prepare their family’s Thanksgiving feast.

Kendall, 30, went viral three years ago for a clip of her on her family’s reality show The Kardashians awkwardly attempting to chop a cucumber.

She seemed completely perplexed by the task, at one point crossing one arm over the other as she tried to cut the vegetable into slices.

Fans roundly mocked her online, with Kendall retweeted one who wrote: ‘Kendall Jenner trying to cut a f***ing cucumber is the most tragic thing I’ve ever witnessed.’

On Thanksgiving morning this year, Kylie joined in on the fun, posting videos of Kendall peeling and chopping a carrot for their meal.

Kylie could be heard giggling faintly in the background of the footage, which she posted with sly captions like: ‘the confidence!!!’

Another Insta Story of Kendall cutting the carrot was captioned: ‘she’s doing such a good job,’ accompanied by a tearing up emoji.

After the family had wrapped up their dinner, Kylie posted a photo of Kendall sound asleep in bed and wrote: ‘she worked so hard on her cooking.’ 

Both Kylie and Kendall were part of their family’s traditional Thanksgiving feast, with the whole clan gathering every year at matriarch Kris Jenner’s Palm Springs home.

Kendall’s viral cucumber moment unfolded on a 2022 episode of The Kardashians that showed her visiting her mother and trying to make herself a snack.

Kris initially offered to have her chef prepare Kendall a bite to eat, but Kendall refused and insisted she would be ‘making it myself.’

There followed what one social media wag described as Kendall’s ‘insane attempt’ to slice a cucumber, in which she looked confused and folded one arm over the other.

Kendall eventually confessed she was ‘not a good cutter’ and ‘kind of scared of the knife,’ and Kris called the chef to save the day. 

The clip became such an enduring meme that Kendall found herself addressing the cucumber fiasco in an interview over a year later.

‘Let me just say I successfully cut “The Cucumber,”‘ the world-famous supermodel pointed out in a cover interview with WSJ Magazine.

‘So if anyone says I cannot cut cucumber, I physically cut the cucumber and I did it tastefully. I didn’t hurt anybody. So I can cut cucumbers.’

Kylie and Kendall’s older half-sister Khloe Kardashian recently shed light on what were then the family’s upcoming Thanksgiving festivities in Palm Springs.

‘It’s the best. We spend all day together, just like doing nothing but we’re all together. So it’s chaos, but a fun chaos,’ she told People. 

Khloe, who shares her children True, seven, and Tatum, three, with her NBA ex Tristan Thompson, added: ‘All the kids are together, and I’m just excited for it.’

Kylie, who has two children of her own called Stormi, seven, and Aire, three, by her ex Travis Scott, offered fans a few glimpses of her Thanksgiving this year.

She posted one Insta Story of Kendall squeezing in a spot of pre-meal exercise with a bicycle ride, sweetly captioned: ‘my thanksgiving cutie.’

Later on she also shared a mirror selfie of her outfit for the evening, a slinky black cocktail dress with a plunging neckline to serve up a generous helping of cleavage.

Kylie provided no indication as to whether the celebration included her boyfriend Timothee Chalamet, amid a swirl of claims he has dumped her.
