Kelly Osbourne nervously tuned in to see her brother Jack complete a gruesome team challenge in the I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here! jungle on Thursday.
The stars from Win City and Doomsville went head-to-head in the disgusting drinking challenge called Cocktails Of Cruelty, where Jack was forced to drink a mixture of vomit fruit and beechworms.
Documenting her reaction on Instagram, Kelly, 41, said: ‘Oh my God, oh my God he’s drinking it… I’m gonna throw up,’ as she made gagging noises and watched in disgust.
Staying with Kelly was Sharon, as the TV personality has stepped up to be an unwavering pillar of support for her mother since the death of her beloved Ozzy.
Following the news of his passing, Sharon opened up on social media and admitted she had been ‘carried through’ by those around her.
Sharon was seen looking ever so comfortable in a grey jumper and jogging bottoms as she made her way to the sofa to watch the episode.

She made her first public appearance at a glitzy London event on Wednesday night hosted by Rebecca Vallance – marking a return to the spotlight.
Kelly filmed herself in the clip cheering Jack on saying ‘come on Jackie’, then screaming ‘yeah!’ in celebration after he won cupcakes for his team.
The drinks trial saw campmates were battling it out to go to the winners bench which meant they were immune from the first eviction.
Jack lost his head-to-head race against campmate Eddie Kadi, who successfully gulped down blended pig vagina and bull penis.
Losers Jack, Angry Ginge, Aitch, Ruby Wax, Kelly Brook, Martin Kemp and Alex Scott were sent to Doomsville and are now all up for the first public eviction.
It came after Kelly hit out at Jack’s campmate Kelly Brook last week over a clash she’d had with him over gutting a fish, branding the model a ‘bully’ in a fiery social media post.
Jack, Kelly’s younger brother, had stepped in to help his campmate as she struggled to prepare dinner, politely asking: ‘Would you like me to cut up the fish?’
Although Kelly, 45, accepted his offer, she later claimed to camera that Jack had ‘elbowed’ her aside, saying: ‘I saw Jack’s eyes light up, it was like Christmas to Jack, and he came running over and elbowed me out of the way to get to this fish like a caveman, and I was like, no, I’m going to do it.’

Kelly then insisted on chopping the fish herself but repeatedly gagged and retched at the smell, prompting Osbourne to slam her behaviour as ‘performative’.
Osbourne has now leapt to her brother’s defence, admitting the exchange triggered her ‘protective’ instincts and even made her feel like ‘attacking’ the Heart Radio presenter for her tone.
Speaking on Instagram, she said: ‘Kelly Brook… I don’t think I like you. Elbowing out of the way to get to the fish… you’re so performative, with all the gagging and the over‑dramatics.
‘You bring out my big‑sister vibes where I want to attack you because I feel like you’re a bit of a bully.’
It’s no surprise that Kelly would be protective over Jack – who has broken down in the jungle several times due to the death – as her family have been through a lot this year.
On Tuesday, the mother-daughter duo nervously tuned in to see her son Jack complete his first solo trial.
The pair admitted they were ‘holding their breath’ as they saw Jack take on the underwater challenge, Drown The Hatch.

Kelly previously blasted Kelly Brook branding her a ‘bully’ and ‘performative’ after the model clashed on screen with Osbourne’s brother Jack during I’m A Celeb
The 41‑year‑old took aim at Kelly in a fiery Instagram Story, accusing the TV star of being ‘overly dramatic’ following her gagging reaction while gutting a fish
Documenting their reactions on Instagram Stories, Kelly admitted her brother must have been ‘so exhausted’ completing the challenge, where he had to dive down underwater in eight different chambers to search for stars hidden in hatches.
But despite the physically gruelling nature of the trial, Jack made light work of it, leaving even hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly impressed as he won a full house of 12 stars in record time.
Kelly told her followers: ‘Watching I’m A Celeb and they cut to commercial at the most poignant bit and I was holding my breath, and I realised halfway through the first commercial I was still holding my breath.
‘Come on, he’s in a chamber of water, and he only has two minutes!’
As Sharon added he was surrounded by ‘lobsters and toads’.
