Harper Beckham Joins TikTok to Build Her Brand

After she finally signed up to Instagram, it was only a matter of time before Harper Beckham downloaded TikTok too.

The youngest, and only daughter of Britain’s most famous family, has officially joined the app under a private account.

Verified and only following 36 people, Harper, 14, doesn’t yet have a biography or any visible posts.

Although yet to post any public videos, her friend however, who is influencer and singer Sadie Lou, posted one showing the best friends giggling and cuddling on the street.

‘That one girl I don’t see often but the friendship never changes,’ the video reads.

‘Missed you so much,’.

It comes just two months after she joined Instagram which conveniently happened just two weeks before her mum Victoria, 51, launched her Netflix show in September.

Her bio on the social media platform says, ‘Your fav blonde’ and pays tribute to her family’s various multi-million-pound homes in London, Los Angeles and Miami.

For now, the teenager’s account is private and is followed by two of her brothers Romeo, 23, and Cruz, 20, her parents and Cruz’s girlfriend, Jackie Apostel, 30, and Romeo’s girlfriend Kim Turnbull, 24.

Sources close to Harper’s parents say that they are ‘okay’ with her joining social media but they are ‘keeping a watchful eye’ over, certainly until she is a little bit older.

‘It’s harmless fun for Harper to be on social media, other kids her age are so it would be unfair not to let her join,’ said one.

‘She’s private for now so only those in the family and close to it can see her. That will change, but not yet.’

Harper’s eldest brother Brooklyn, 26, and his wife Nicola Peltz, whom have been distant from the family for the last year, are still yet to follow her on both Instagram and TikTok.

Harper was a prominent figure in Victoria’s recent Netflix documentary.

One clip even showed the mother and daughter duo learning a TikTok dance.

They tried out a trend on the app which involved them dancing to Le Freak by Chic.

The scene from episode one begins by Victoria saying: ‘The Spice Girls made me feel good enough about being me. And I tell Harper every single day “you follow your dreams and be who you are”.’

The scene then shows Harper trying to teach her a TikTok dance as she instructs: ‘So we go shoulder, clap, and then I’m gonna go like that while you do something.’

Victoria then says: ‘Oh but I don’t like to freestyle!’

As they begin their dance to Le Freak they start dancing but as Harper looks over at her she shouts ‘No! No! You need to do like a dance move! Just do something random, do your tap dancing.’

Victoria then asks: ‘Are you going to use a filter?’ and when Harper shows her it she says: ‘Oh I look great in that!’

After successfully recording it, as they watch it back Victoria quips: ‘Look she’s still got moves! Look at that! This is a good angle for me as well!’

Ever since the Beckhams joined Instagram just over a decade ago, David and Victoria have not allowed their daughter to have her own social media account, though she has featured heavily on the family Instagram accounts but always tagged with the #HarperSeven.

The fashion designer previously shared her concerns about her only daughter joining social media, admitting it was ‘terrifying’ to her the thought of it.

She told Vogue Australia in 2022: ‘Harper isn’t on social media, so we don’t have to worry about that just yet.

‘But seeing how cruel people can be, yes, it really does [concern me].

‘She’s at that age where her body is going to start changing, but it’s about making sure that we communicate a lot as a family, and she surrounds herself with nice friends.

‘But it is quite terrifying, I can’t lie.’

Over the past year, Harper has slowly been emerging into the spotlight as a celebrity in her own right.

She made her first public speech when presenting Victoria with the prestigious award for entrepreneurship, on behalf of Harper’s Bazaar magazine at its annual Women of the Year event.

And it’s only up from here as she is set to make millions thanks to her status as the only daughter of Britain’s biggest celebrity brand.
