Ruby Wax Capitalizes on Jungle Fame with New Tour

I’m A Celebrity’s Ruby Wax is cashing in on her jungle success with a brand new live tour in 2026.

Ruby is one of the famous faces taking part in the ITV jungle show this year, with bosses hoping Ruby will speak her mind in camp.

While Ruby shot to fame when she appeared as Shelley DuPont on Girls On Top in 1985, she later turned her attention to documentaries.

She had a successful career, interviewing some of the most prominent names at the time, from OJ Simpson to Donald Trump and Madonna.

But after confessing in the jungle that her fame started to drop over the years, Ruby is raring to get back into what she does best.

The TV star, 72, will return to the stage for a brilliant new show, Ruby Wax: Absolutely Famous – with tickets on sale from November 28.

Audiences will have the chance to see Ruby’s provocative, hilariously abrasive and incomparable style for themselves in her upcoming show.

She will be joined by her lifelong friend and A-list producer Clive Tulloh, as the pair come together to review clips from the extraordinary shows they worked on, share scandalous stories that have never been heard before, and take the audience along for the ride.

The tour will kick off in Henley-on-Thames on March 25, with the Spring leg drawing to a close in Bristol on July 7.

Ruby said: ‘It’s Ruby here – yes, broadcasting live from the jungle, where the Wi-Fi is powered by mosquitoes and my only beauty routine is “don’t get eaten”

‘But fear not! The moment I escape; I’m heading straight back on the road and can’t wait to see you all there.’

Ruby is not the first campmate eyeing up deals after their jungle stint as AngryGinge is also reportedly set to cash in on his I’m A Celebrity fame.

The Twitch streamer – whose real name is Morgan Burtwistle – has become one of the breakout stars of the 2025 series.

During his time on the ITV show AngryGinge, 24, has struck up an unlikely, but close friendship with Ruby and has had fans in stitches over his Bushtucker Trials, clever quips and hilarious banter with rapper Aitch.

Since appearing in the jungle, he has amassed over 1.4 million followers on Twitch and 900,000 subscribers on YouTube – with his popularity showing no signs of slowing down anytime soon.

It has been reported that his team have already received offers for TV projects, brand deals and a major book contract.

According to reports, interest surged the moment he hit TV screens, with broadcasters and big-name retailers all vying to sign him as soon as he returns home.

A source told The Mirror: ‘Since the moment Ginge stepped foot in the jungle, the commercial interest has gone through the roof.

‘He’s been absolutely inundated with offers, far more than anyone predicted. Brands have very quickly clocked that he’s not just a viral creator; he’s genuinely relatable, he speaks the language of real people, and he connects with an audience that many big companies have struggled to reach.’

The down-to-earth star’s ‘authenticity’ is thought to have caught the eye of several global retailers, who are wanting him to front campaigns, believing he can shift public perception and reach a hard-to-tap audience.

Broadcasters – including ITV, the BBC and Channel 4 – are also thought to have begun preparing approaches, convinced his ‘funny, warm and unfiltered’ outlook could see him becoming a mainstream TV regular.

The source added: ‘Several networks have already made it clear they want to get in the room with him the moment he’s home, whether that’s for entertainment formats, factual shows or even fronting campaigns.’

The Daily Mail has contacted AngryGinge’s representatives for comment.
