Selling Sunset alum Heather Rae El Moussa works hard to maintain her fit 5ft7in frame since welcoming her first child two years ago.
On Tuesday, the 38-year-old Flip Off star shared a before/after Instagram video titled: ‘Everything I do to get rid of bloating in 24 hours.’
El Moussa (born Young) works closely with celebrity trainer and weight-loss coach, Paulina Hefferan, to keep her six-pack abs etched and sculpted.
‘As someone who used to bloat super easily, and needed to get rid of it before filming or a photoshoot, here are some of my secrets to getting rid of bloat fast,’ the HRE Beauty creator – who boasts 4.1 million social media followers – wrote.
‘Comment “BLOAT” and I’ll send you my exact routine.’
El Moussa’s husband Tarek dutifully commented with three clapping emojis.

The former Playboy Playmate also Instastoried a snap of their two-year-old son Tristan posing in front of their newly-erected Christmas tree decorated by interior designer Diannette Gunewardena.
The El Moussas – who attend couples therapy twice a month – originally met during a fishing trip in July 2019, and they celebrated four years of wedded bliss on October 23.
‘We’ve had such a full life together already. Life can be hard, marriage can be hard. And I do know there will be ups and there will be downs but it is also so beautiful to be in this life with you as my partner,’ the Oppenheim Group realtor associate gushed on their anniversary.
‘I love you and I’m so excited to keep growing and learning together to be the best versions of ourselves. And to raise our beautiful family together, and learn from our mistakes together. Thank you for inspiring me, guiding me, working so hard for our family and loving us so deeply. I love you! Happy 4 year anniversary lovey. Me and you.’
The inseparable couple welcomed their first child naturally while going through the IVF process, so they still have ’embryos on ice’ for a future sibling but the 44-year-old Flipping 101 host is hesitant.
El Moussa and his ex-wife Christina Haack amicably co-parent two children – son Brayden, 10; and daughter Taylor, 15 – following their 2018 divorce after seven years of marriage.

In June, El Moussa received a citation for misdemeanor battery from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department for ‘allegedly mounting a man’s back and pummeling him with three blows to the head’ while defending his father at The Palazzo at The Venetian Resort.
Daily Mail reported that the thyroid cancer survivor’s case was dismissed on August 5 because he participated in the court’s Pre-Prosecution Diversion Program where he was ordered to complete ‘impulse control counseling’ and to ‘stay out of trouble.’
