Amid her outing, Lottie has recently decided to undergo an image overhaul.
She has a wide array of tattoos, including a Hello Kitty inking, a rose, three birds flying on her underboob and the cheeky words ‘not yours’ written on her bottom but has had one removed.
The former OnlyFans star famously woke up with the word ‘Lover’ inked below her eye in Bali in December 2022 after a drunken night out.
She later defended the face tattoo, explaining that it was her way of expressing herself following years of ‘being so controlled’ and that it represented the fact that she is now ‘free’.
She first debuted it on her TikTok and fiercely defended the ink, saying the ‘the world would learn to love it’ and that she didn’t care if people hated it.
In another video captioned: ‘When people say they don’t like my new face tattoo’, she mouthed along to audio that said: ‘I don’t care, I really don’t give a f**k, I really don’t.’
Despite admitting it was a spontaneous decision, she said the word ‘lover’ symbolised the time she had spent reconnecting with herself and growing to love the person she is.

Last year, Lottie finally began the process of getting the inking removed by laser, after breaking down in tears and admitting the reason she got the face tat and joined OnlyFans page was due to the struggles she faced in the modelling industry.
In a candid TikTok video, she confessed she got her ‘lover’ tattoo to ‘rebel so hard away from an industry that made her sad all the time’.
Sources told Daily Mail that she’d told pals that in retrospect the tattoo signifies a negative time in her life and she hoped getting the inking erased would mark the beginning of a fresh chapter.
Earlier this year, Lottie also showcased the results of having her facial filler removed as she gave a glimpse of the process.
The model revealed that she’s going back to her natural look and had her jaw and lip filler dissolved.
She admitted that she finally ‘feels like herself again’ after enlisting Dr Rosh (also known as Dr Roshan Ravindran) to reverse her filler, thanking him for ‘fixing’ her.
In an exclusive video seen by MailOnline, Lottie is seen getting treated by Dr Rosh, who is considered the world’s number one aesthetics doctor.
After years of cosmetic tweaks, the blonde beauty reflected on her decision to dissolve her previous filler as she complained at how puffy and overdone she’d felt.
Speaking to the doctor, a radiant-looking Lottie remarked: ‘You fixed me’.
Lottie also gave an emotional update about her face after having her ‘awful’ jaw and lip filler dissolved and removing the tattoo just under her eye.

The model took to TikTok and was on the verge of tears when speaking about recent life changes including going back to her natural look.
She explained how she got fillers too young before her face had fully developed and now she ‘feels like her again’.
The blonde beauty said: ‘I haven’t really spoken for a minute online, and I thought I would. Cos I’m in a really good place right now. I have got a bruise on my lip because I am dissolving all of my filler. And I feel like I look like me again.
‘I dissolved everything in my face that I had before. I used to have jaw filler, which looked awful, and I used to have lip filler, but it’s all gone now, and I look like me again.’
‘I would really recommend to people who are thinking about getting filler, like just look at yourself and believe that you’re stunning.
‘I wish that I had at a really young age let my face turn into me because I was so young when I got filler, my face still had a puppy face, and it wasn’t really my face yet. I wish I had left it or maybe done it when I was a bit older.’
