The Love Island Australia star, 26, took to TikTok to share two videos shedding light on the sad details of their break up.
In one clip, Phoebe revealed she thought they were going to get engaged before Mitch, 26, ended their romance.
Alongside footage of her dancing slowly in the rain, she confessed: ‘I thought I was getting a ring… But I got dumped on a random Thursday.’
In a second video, she lip-synced along to some famous break-up audio which hinted that Mitch might have already moved on as she shared her heartbreak.
Many of Phoebe’s followers quickly took to the comments section to share their words of support with the reality TV star.
‘I thought you’d be getting married as well. Hope you’re doing okay,’ one person wrote and a second user added: ‘It’s a blessing in disguise, I promise.’

Breaking down in tears, Phoebe called on her 118,000 followers for help as she admitted she was feeling isolated and couldn’t stop crying.
‘Hi guys, if you’re seeing this then that means me and Mitch have already announced our break up to the world, which is terrifying. All I do is cry. It’s awful.’ Phoebe said in-between tears.

‘Never thought I’d be one to make a break up post, but I feel like it’s needed so we can focus on getting through this and moving on.’
He went on to praise Phoebe for showering him with love over the past two years and said he would ‘always be backing’ her.
In her own statement, Phoebe wrote: ‘I honestly never thought I’d be writing this, but unfortunately Mitch and I have separated.
‘As you can imagine, I have been a wreck and not in a good head space as of lately, so I’d really appreciate it if you guys don’t ask questions or make assumptions.
‘As much as I wanted him to be my forever, we ended up wanting different things. Regardless of that though, I will always love him. Thank you for everyone who has supported us from day 1.’
