Daniel Contos and Georgia Moore’s vision of creating a Vaucluse mega compound is one step closer to reality.
The power couple behind Aussie fashion success White Fox capped off a $150million spending spree in April with the purchase of their fifth property in the upscale Sydney suburb.
The Daily Telegraph reported this week that the couple submitted revised plans for their ambitious mega mansion, which will encompass four of the five properties.
The publication reported that planning documents state that the finished product will be a ‘single-dwelling house containing six bedrooms and two car spaces, with new landscaping, a swimming pool and tennis court.’
However, blueprints for the property, dubbed ‘Casa del Sol’, reveal a much grander vision.
The property will feature an impressive underground bunker carved deep into the sandstone.

The bunker will contain a cellar, wellness centre and spa, as well as massage and beauty rooms.
The ground floor of the property promises to be equally as grand, with a sunken pool and spa as well as an outdoor dining and lounge area.
It will also feature two cinemas – one indoor, one outdoor – and a courtyard garden.
Additionally, one of the multi-million-dollar mansions will be demolished to make way for a tennis court.
The house will boast five bedrooms as well as a library, study, and dressing room.
There will also be a formal living room, a casual indoor entertaining area, and a scullery.Â
Stafford Architects, who are behind the impressive build, have been sharing updates and stunning renders of the finished product to their social media.
Writing about the project on their website, the architects revealed Daniel and Georgia’s vision.  Â

‘Inspired by our client’s brief to celebrate a Mediterranean lifestyle on a site which embraces the full panorama and drama of the Sydney Harbour, and iconic Opera House and Harbour Bridge, Casa del Sol befits its exotic name,’ they wrote.
The original plans were approved back in April, with the latest revisions proposing an expansion of the cellar and wellness floor level to connect the gym to the tennis court.
The publication reported that Woollahra Council green-lit the multi-million-dollar development in September.Â
It comes after Daniel and Georgia snapped up their fifth Vaucluse property for a rumoured $30million in April.
The 848 sq-metre block adjoins three of their four previous purchases in the suburb. Together the blocks form a 4,000 sq-metre footprint.
The couple acquired the properties over the past four years, at a cost of $34.5million, $25million, and $36million.
At the time of the most recent purchase, a source told realestate.com.au the White Fox founders were planning a ‘special’ project.
‘It will be like nothing Sydney’s ever seen, right in front of the (Harbour) Bridge with magnificent views,’ they said.Â

The ‘compound’ is a separate pursuit to their $25million Wentworth Road home bought prior to auction less than two years ago.
That property, about 800m away, was acquired as an investment.
Since launching in 2013, White Fox’s business has grown exponentially, landing its co-founders on the AFR Young Rich List.
Daniel and Georgia launched the label as a small start-up, selling clothes on eBay.
White Fox proved to be a huge success. The brand has been worn by the likes of the Kardashian sisters, Sofia Richie, Hailey Baldwin, and Emily Ratajkowski.
Known for their skimpy dresses and oversized hoodies, White Fox now has showrooms in Sydney and Los Angeles.
Covid-19 lockdowns saw their business skyrocket as shoppers flocked to the retailer to stock up on activewear and loungewear for all those extra hours at home.
They had a massive 154 per cent increase in activewear sales after NSW plunged into its second shutdown in June 2021.
