Danielle Lloyd has shown off her painful injuries she sustained from appearing on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins.
The former glamour model, 39, showed what she was made of on Sunday night, as she reached the final of the gruelling show.
Alongside 15 other celebrities, Danielle was put through her paces by an elite team of ex-Special Forces operators in the unforgiving Thung Ui, North Vietnam jungle.
She got to the end of the tough process with Gareth Gates, 39, and Matt Hancock, 45, with Gareth going on to successfully complete the training course.
And the proof of how hard Danielle worked to get to the end is apparent in photos of the mother-of-five after training.

Danielle can be seen to be suffering the effects of trench foot – a condition caused by prolonged exposure to the wet and cold that damages the skin, blood vessels and nerves of the foot.
Her legs were also covered in deep bruising, with particularly nasty bruises to the back of her calves.
Danielle raised her arm to show that her upper limbs were also littered with dark marks, from her underarms to her wrists.
She had previously revealed that the show had left her ‘black and blue’ but described it as the ‘most amazing experience’ of her life.
Speaking to OK! Magazine she said: ‘I was black and blue all over and had the biggest bruise on the back of my leg from the tasks. And I had trench foot – it was horrendous.
‘But I was in peak condition afterwards! I literally came out it so positive… I felt amazing. I was like, nothing is going to break me, I don’t want anyone negative around me. Michael was like, “who are you?!”
‘It was honestly the most amazing experience of my life. I felt like I needed it. It made me stronger and more resilient as a person.’
Danielle shares sons Archie, 13, Harry, 12, and George, nine, with ex-husband Jamie O’Hara and and Ronnie, five, and 23-month-old daughter Autumn with her husband Michael O’Neill.

The reality star said that her family were what motivated her to push on during difficult challenges and hoped that her resilience would inspire other mothers.
She said: ‘It’s what gets you through. I was missing my family so much but I just wanted to make them proud, and do something for myself for once.
‘I did it for all the mums out there who feel like all they do is look after their kids, and to prove to myself that us girls can do it.’
She previously said she decided to go on the show after feeling ‘lost’ being a mother-of-five.
Danielle said: ‘I purposely moved myself away from the public eye before I went. I went on SAS because you can get lost in being a mum sometimes and get forgotten about. To do something for myself really.’
Speaking about her achievement of making the final, she said: ‘In that moment you don’t even mind about the final you just want to go home and see your kids.
‘It’s a proud moment but you’re not really thinking about it at the time. Each day feels like a year. It’s literally like one day to the next. It was a crazy experience.
‘We were all there for each other to help each other through things. You’re on your own with your mind and your mind can take you to some dark places. You’ve got to be really tough to get through it.’
