G Flip’s Career Move Inspired by Chrishell Stause

Aussie pop star G Flip has revealed they could be looking to make a career change. 

The non-binary singer, whose real name is Georgia Claire Flipo, appeared on the Kyle and Jackie O Show on Thursday where they revealed they’re interested in getting into acting.

G-Flip, 30, is married to Selling Sunset star Chrishell Stause, 40, who is currently in Australia filming scenes for the upcoming reboot of popular soap Neighbours.

After admitting that they love reading lines with Chrishell, host Jackie O asked the star if they would be keen to pursue a career in front of the camera.

‘Yes! I would like to learn how to do it,’ G-Flip said.

Jackie also indicated that she would like to try her hand at the thespian arts.

‘Yeah, same here,’ she said. ‘I feel like everyone’s got a little actor inside of them thinking: “I could do that”.’

Fill-in host Cooper Johns then asked G Flip if they have plans to follow in Chrishell’s footsteps with a role in an Aussie soap.

‘Is there a show you would want to do?’ he asked. ‘Would you want to do Neighbours, or Home and Away or something like that?’

G-Flip, who uses they/them pronouns, admitted that they would love to sink their teeth into a role that went against their true personality.

‘I don’t know. I’d actually like to do a role that’s completely the opposite of what I am,’ they said.

‘A sl***y fem girl with a hot boyfriend. I’d would love to do stuff that isn’t like me because I would find that humorous.’

The interview comes after G Flip and Chrishell married for a second time last month, tying the knot in a Western-themed ceremony in Australia one year after eloping in Las Vegas.

The pair had an absolute ball as they exchanged vows in front of their Aussie family members at the Moon Dog Wild West bar in Footscray, Melbourne.

Chrishell first confirmed her romance with G Flip on the Selling Sunset reunion in May 2022, but the pair first met back in October 2021.

G Flip has since revealed that the pair both want a family and ‘cherish’ the idea of becoming parents.

‘They (my future kids) can do whatever they want,’ they told The Daily Telegraph when asked if they’d like their future kids to be musicians.
