Stormzy has revealed his beloved protection Rottweiler, Enzo, who he shared with Maya Jama, has died aged seven.
The rapper, 32, has shared a series of clips on Instagram to pay tribute to his pet, who is also known as Enz.
Alongside the clip, he penned: ‘RIP my no.1 boy. Don’t have much to say, just gutted and heartbroken. I love you so so so much my boy.
‘If you know me then you know how much Enz meant to me, gonna miss you my guy.’
Stormzy disabled comments on the post, but fans reshared the videos and paid their sympathy on their own social media posts.
One wrote: ‘A pain that never leaves you and a lot that forever remains unmatched.’ Another added: ‘I know how that feels :(‘

Stormzy bought Enzo in 2018 while he was dating Maya and spent £15,000 on the trained protection dog.
The Love Island host and the rap star announced their shock second split in July after taking to Instagram with a joint statement.Â
It stated: ‘We fell madly in love in 2014, broke up in 2019, and then spent five years manoeuvring life apart.’
They confirmed the breakup was ‘final’ after previously going their separate ways following a five-year relationship in 2019 and reconnecting in August 2023.
Taking to her Instagram Stories in May, Maya has revealed just how she dealt with their breakup.
She first posted a snap with rapper K-Trap as they posed for a selfie in a recording studio.
Surprised by the fan reaction to her post, Maya went on to explain in a second video how his music helped her during a tough period of life.
Speaking to the camera as she walked the streets of London, she said: ‘Not some of you getting excited that I’m going to start my rap career.

Following her first split from Stormzy, Maya dated basketball player Ben Simmons in 2021 – and they were believed to have got engaged over Christmas a few months later.
Maya moved over to America, where the NBA player is based, but returned to the UK full-time when they split in August 2022.
Her post came after Stormzy declared he’s off the market and ready to marry after sharing the surprise news he’s dating a new mystery partner.
