Amy Tapper showed off her incredible 7st weight loss in a new Instagram post shared on Thursday, calling out ‘bullying and unsolicited advice’.
The Gogglebox star, 25, has become an inspiration to many after well-documenting her ’emotional’ journey for months.
The reality star accompanied the lengthy and touching message with a clip which accurately retraced the phases of her transformation, entailing gruelling workouts with weights, boxing training and running.
Amy proudly displayed her slimmed-down figure as she posed smiling in a purple sports co-ord, and wrote to her fans:Ā Ā ‘Iāve heard āeat less, move moreā my whole life ā usually as a dig. So Iām reclaiming it.
‘Teamed up with @chemist4u and @dj_fattony_ to flip that phrase into something empowering.Ā
She continued: ‘This campaign calls out bullying, shuts down unsolicited advice, and stands with anyone on a medicated weight-loss journey.

Amy previously revealedĀ she was helped to shed the pounds with the controversial Mounjaro jab,Ā after she ‘felt there was nothing else I could do’ when she started using them in June 2024.
She recently toldĀ The Sun: ‘I’m fitting into size 18 clothes for the first time since I was 15 or 16 ā it’s hard for me to believe.Ā
‘It’s changed my life.Ā I get annoyed, though, that some people call it the “lazy way out”.
‘I don’t want people to think that I’ve sat around for the last 17 years of my life not trying to lose weight. I want people to know that this has been my only option to get this far.’
Amy has been taking a 15mg weekly dose since February, which she worked her way up to from 2.5mg.
Back in July of this year, AmyĀ looked sensational in a plunging floral dress as she showcased her slimmed-down figure at a family wedding.
At the time, she took to her Instagram Story with her wearing the same dress in green last year.
She penned: ‘What a difference a year can make! Same dress, different print and 3 sizes smaller.’
Amy previously revealed in April that she’d dropped an impressive 6 stone, and she proudly showed off the results of her hard work.
