The night will also see a performance from Fayth Ifil, who currently stars in Just For One Day: The Live Aid Musical – which tells the story of the events leading up to Live Aid.

It comes after Dani discussed her father Danny’s stints in rehab for drug addiction and said if he hadn’t gone he ‘wouldn’t be here now’.

Danny has been open about his past drug issues and previously entered a rehab facility in South Africa.

Speaking on Jamie Laing’s Good Company podcast, Dani told how her father’s first stint didn’t work because of a deal he made with an overeater.

‘He went to rehab twice, the first time he went he was trading cream eggs with diazepam,’ she explained.

‘There was a women in there for over eating and his was for drug addiction, so it was never going to work.’

His second time in rehab was more 'serious' and Dani said her father credits his previous job on EastEnders with 'saving him'

His second time in rehab was more ‘serious’ and Dani said her father credits his previous job on EastEnders, where he played Mick Carter, with ‘saving him’.

‘The second time he went in I knew it was serious, we always say if he didn’t go into rehab he wouldn’t be here now because he was terrible, absolutely terrible,’ she said.

‘He always says EastEnders saved him. He was in such a dark place with himself and he relied on drink and drugs, for him he knew he had to sort himself out. It’s the best thing he ever done.

‘He was around the wrong people, the first time he came out he would meet with all the mates he shouldn’t be mates with and then the second time he just cut say 70% out of his life.’
