The girlfriend of wellness expert Jim Curtis can be seen in photographs donning the unusual piece of jewelry as early as year 2000.
She seems to have it on when she is both dressed casually and also snazzed up to the nines in couture.
Aniston has had the ring on her toe even during her weddings to Brad Pitt and Justin Theroux.
