Home and Away star Ada Nicodemou stepped out in a striking new look as she attended the annual Marie Claire Women of the Year Awards at Bell Shakespeare in Dawes Point, Sydney, on Thursday night.

The veteran actress, 48, ensured all eyes were on her as she posed at the event in a vivid red cowl-neck frock featuring intricate teardrop-style embellishments.

Ada pulled her brunette locks into an elegant up-do and completed her ensemble with white heels, creating a sleek and polished silhouette.

She radiated style and glamour on the night; her remarkable glow and seemingly ageless appearance had fans doing a double take.

The beloved TV star appeared in high spirits as she smiled for photographers, clearly enjoying a well-deserved night out among some of the country’s most influential women.

Ada mingled with fellow guests inside the venue and looked relaxed and confident, proving she remains every bit the red-carpet favourite after more than two decades in the spotlight.

Also attending the exclusive event was activewear mogul Pip Edwards, 45, who embraced a fashion-forward aesthetic.

She stunned in a frilled, red patterned, plunging top paired with figure-hugging black jeans that fell to the ankle.

Pip elevated the ensemble with red and black heels and a chic designer red handbag, while her dark blonde hair was styled in soft waves for an effortless yet polished finish.

The high-profile evening brought together some of Australia’s most influential women to celebrate achievement across fashion, entertainment, business and the arts – and both Ada and Pip ensured they made their mark on the red carpet.

The ceremony recognises Australians ‘who have led with bravery, fought with passion, and inspired with creativity.

‘For more than three decades, Marie Claire has championed women who are making a meaningful difference across every field,’ said editor Georgie McCourt.

‘Now in its sixth year, the prestigious Women of the Year Awards continue to honour the game-changing and trailblazing women who are driving real change in Australia and shaping the future for generations to come.’

The glittering ceremony will see women recognised for their achievements across multiple categories such as ‘the Powerhouse,’ ‘the Creative’ and ‘the Changemaker’.

Ada is currently in a relationship with her Home and Away co-star James Stewart.

The soap opera stars, whose characters are married on the Channel Seven show, were first linked at the beginning of 2024 when they were seen sharing a kiss on Anzac Day before Ada confirmed their romance in an interview.

Last year, Ada finally broke her silence on her romance with James after months of speculation.

‘Jimmy and I are together, yes. It’s only early days. It’s very recent and unexpected. I’m super happy. It’s really lovely,’ she told Stellar Magazine.
