While her former Real Housewives Of Salt Lake City castmates were living it up in Las Vegas for Bravocon, Jen Shah was taking out the trash behind bars.
This week, the convicted fraudster, 52, was pictured hauling a cardboard box of garbage with another inmate inside the Texas federal prison camp where she’s currently serving time for conspiracy to commit wire fraud.
Despite being on trash duty, the twisted telemarketer made sure that she still looked Shah-mazing by draping herself in jewelry.
Channelling The Bling Ring, Shah rocked a pair of sparkly stone earrings, along with her wedding band and a prison-issued watch.
She tied up her brunette locks in a tight bun and completed her look with a pair of stylish sunglasses.

The low security prison is home to a number of celebrity jailbirds, including Jeffrey Epstein’s former girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell and disgraced Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes.Â
Shah began her 78-month sentence in February 2023 after pleading guilty to wire fraud charges tied to the multimillion-dollar scheme, which duped thousands of victims, many of them seniors.
She was also ordered to pay more than $6.5 million in restitution.
Her arrest in March 2021 was famously captured on Bravo cameras during season two of RHOSLC, cementing her place in Housewives history.Â
Shah initially proclaimed her innocence, even doubling down during reunion specials, but ultimately changed her plea to guilty in July 2022—months after her former assistant and co-conspirator, Stuart Smith, admitted his role.
Since entering prison, her sentence has been reduced multiple times.Â
Originally set for release in 2029, her date was bumped up to August 2028, then to December 2027, and most recently to November 3, 2026, according to Page Six.
Her team has been keeping fans updated via her digital diary, Dear Jen Shah, where they claim the mother-of-two is embracing ‘personal self work’ and rehabilitation.

In December, they revealed she was ‘doing very well,’ staying busy with creative projects, including organizing holiday-themed showcases within the prison.
Shah has also remained in contact with her RHOSLC castmates.
That same month, her team confirmed she had recently spoken to Meredith Marks, describing their phone call as ‘extremely positive.’
In an unusual twist of fate, Shah has reportedly bonded with fellow inmate Elizabeth Holmes, the infamous Theranos founder who is serving an 11-year sentence for fraud.Â
Despite her fall from Bravo stardom to federal prison, Shah seems intent on showing she’s committed to self-improvement while waiting out the remainder of her sentence in Texas.

Shah’s husband Sharrieff has stood by her side during her incarcerationÂ
In an essay shared with People last year, Shah explained what she has learned during her incarceration so far.
‘Upon entering FPC Bryan, I wholeheartedly believed that no one was suffering as badly as I was,’ she wrote.
‘I quickly recognized that so many women are here battling and overcoming circumstances far worse than mine,’ she continued. ‘Their resilience inspires and truly humbles me.’Â
The entrepreneur has held tightly to her Muslim faith, ‘Recognizing that God continues to bless me not withstanding my wretched and unpredictable surroundings; expressing sincere gratitude has been my most effective coping mechanism.
‘Despair and depression are companions that strive to capture my undivided attention every single day,’ she explained but, ‘Praying five times a day helps keep these and other emotional serpents at bay. I am most grateful for the aspects of my life that have never left me: My Family and Faith. Thank you God.’
