Meghan Trainor has come to her defense once again as she slammed haters over ‘evil’ comments about her dramatic weight loss.
The 31-year-old singer – who has admitted to losing 60 pounds after taking Mounjaro and undergone a boob job – revealed that she ‘cried’ over harsh criticism from trolls during an interview with Extra on Tuesday.
‘Like, all my comments were just evil, attacking me,’ the All About That Bass hitmaker explained. ‘I started posting pictures of myself recently, just like I always did.’
‘But for some reason a flame went off, and everyone got mad. Just like, “Ew, I don’t recognize you, you’re just a walking nose.” Just crazy stuff, like mean.’
While the star tried to tell herself that it didn’t ‘affect’ her, Trainor expressed that ‘it did.’
‘I cried so much. They got to me, and my therapist was like, “You give them too much power. I wish I didn’t.” So, I’m trying to learn at 31 not to give strangers power. It feels silly.’

The performer continues to brush aside trolls while expressing that she not only ‘feels great’ but is at her ‘healthiest.’
‘I had to learn what food was healthy for me and what was good for my digestion. I thought I was eating healthy for a while, and I learned that I had leaky gut and IBS and all these symptoms.’
Trainor reflected, ‘I was like, “This is exhausting. I was physically fit, but I can’t gain muscle what’s going on?”‘
She also discussed how strangers will approach her in public to only immediately comment about her weight.
‘Didn’t say hi. Wasn’t like, “Nice to meet you.” Was just like, “Yo, I saw a video of you earlier and you, like, shed all this weight.” I was like, “Hello? Nice to meet you?”‘
Just days earlier, the Me Too songstress fired back at haters who ‘attack’ her after her latest body transformation.
‘They’re getting louder. There are more of them. It’s crazy,’ the mom-of-two told Entertainment Tonight of trolls.
‘The world’s getting crazier and meaner and they’re louder, and I’m like: “Is it ’cause they’re getting louder or is it ’cause I’m getting worse?” And I’m not.’

The star continued, ‘I’m literally for the first time ever, after having babies, taking care of my health to the highest level, and I’ve never felt better, and I look incredible, I feel great and that’s when people attack me? I was like: “What?”
‘I was like: “Please, okay? I’m taking care of myself. You don’t like it? Okay.” So what am I supposed to do? I have to find a way to not be affected by that.’
Back in March, the performer unveiled that she underwent a breast augmentation following the procedure.
‘I’ve always struggled with loving my boobs before I got them done, because they were never even, were always sagging my whole life,’ Trainor told her fans on Instagram.
The Made You Look singer shared the surgery was in collaboration with the company Motiva and that the implants she got have a ‘natural look and feel.’
‘My breasts look fuller yet completely natural and they complement my body proportions beautifully. They’re finally twin sisters and not distant cousins.’
While giving a glimpse of her chest post-procedure, she said, ‘After having two kids, living a healthier lifestyle and losing weight, I couldn’t be happier with my decision.’
The next month in April, it was also revealed that both Trainor and her husband Daryl Sabara have taken the type 2 diabetes drug Mounjaro to aid in their weight loss journey.

During an episode of the couple’s Workin’ On It podcast, the Spy Kids actor explained, ‘We did 75 Hard after our son Riley was born and, man, did we crush.’
Trainor added, ‘Then, we heard more and more of our friends – and even our doctors – were on Mounjaro and Ozempic.’ She eventually decided to try Mounjaro due to there being less side effects.
Daryl chimed in with, ‘So, I did it, too,’ and his wife replied with, ‘Daryl and I both do everything together.’
Trainor explained that they both take the lowest dose of Mounjaro while also consistently working out and eating healthy.
The couple – who married in 2018 – shared that they use smaller plates when eating to help control portion sizes.
She stated, ‘I’m obsessed now with the science of when I work out and build muscle, you have to eat protein or else it’s not going to do anything.’
During the podcast episode, Trainor also told her listeners that she has ‘no shame’ when it comes to taking the weight-loss drug.
The songstress previously gave insight into her workout regime back in January and told Women’s Health that she will lift weights as well as focus on strength training three times a week.

Her weight loss journey began after she welcomed her two children – Riley, four, and Barry, two – with her husband.
Trainor has been keeping busy and is preparing for the release of her upcoming album Toy With Me – which is slated to release next year on April 24, 2026.
The lead Single Still Don’t Care was dropped earlier this month on November 12 and lyrics shows the singer addressing the attention from trolls.
‘I wrote down what people have said to me online or in person,’ the star told Extra during her recent interview with the outlet.
‘I was like, I don’t know what’s going on, but I wanted to write a big song about it that felt like, “Leave me alone I don’t care.” I felt beautiful.’
