Real Housewives of Miami Star Shares ‘Life-Changing’ Cosmetic Procedures Post-Season

Real Housewives Of Miami star Stephanie Shojaee is coming clean about her recent plastic surgery procedures.

During her appearances at BravoCon 2025 in Las Vegas — where Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star Denise Richards showed off a particularly taut visage — Stephanie revealed that she had undergone at least three cosmetic procedures following her season seven debut earlier this year.

She also credited her pal Larsa Pippen, 51, with helping to facilitate one of the procedures.

At a panel on Saturday with other RHOM stars, including Larsa, the 41-year-old reality star drew attention to herself by mentioning that she was ‘showing’ off more cleavage than usual, according to People.

In a playful exchanged, she was asked to describe for the audience what ‘Vegas Steph’ looks like.

‘She’s wild,’ Stephanie responded. ‘I’m out here drinking. I’m showing boobies — I got them done not long ago.’

Then Larsa — who sported extra-plump lips at the convention — piped up to take some of the credit for her costar’s newly augmented bust. 

‘Stephanie and I became friends and she’s a whole new person. She went to my boob doctor and now she looks like a slut,’ Larsa joked.

The Daily Mail has contacted Larsa and Stephanie for additional comment but hasn’t yet received a response.

Stephanie shared more details about her cosmetic procedures while appearing on the Housewife2Housewife panel on Sunday.

‘I did under-chin lipo[suction] a couple months ago and it was life-changing,’ she admitted. 

The procedure removes fat from the area between the neck and chin to reduce the appearance of a so-called ‘double chin.’

Stephanie added that her two surgeries weren’t her only recent cosmetic procedures.

She added that she also ‘did a bunch of laser’ around when she had her under-chin liposuction.

Stephanie explained that she sat for a CO2 laser resurfacing procedure, in which a low-intensity laser removes thin layers of skin to minimize the appearance of signs of aging, including wrinkles, stretch marks, sun spots and other skin conditions, according to the Cleveland Clinic. 

The procedure has existed for years in more heavy-duty applications designed to cancerous skin conditions, but a gentler version of the laser technology has since become popular for its ability to slow the visible signs of aging.

‘Yeah, I had the CO2 laser, which was amazing,’ she added later during Sunday’s panel, ‘but for the neck I had a lower face lift.’

It’s unclear if her under-chin liposuction and lower facelift were performed at the same time, or if they were separate procedures. 

Since it was Stephanie’s first big chance to speak directly to her fans after making her debut on RHOM, she also took a moment to give them a look into her life that wasn’t shaped by camera crews and editors.

‘For sure the biggest misconception about me is that I only care about money,’ she declared at the Housewife2Housewife panel. ‘I have the biggest heart. I am so giving. 

‘I do really like money, but that’s not the only thing I like,’ Stephanie clarified. ‘I work really hard. I’m at the office every single day, Monday through Monday. I’m addicted to work. I’m very disciplined.’

Her appearance with Larsa comes after the ex-wife of Scottie Pippen shocked fans with an unusually puffy, plumped-up face.

However, the ex-friend of Kim Kardashian denied going under the knife in August and instead claimed that she had only been suffering from an allergic reaction.
