Golden Bachelor stars Barry ‘Bear’ Myrden and Sunny Long were not afraid to pack on the PDA this week when they stepped out in Sydney.
The finale of the Nine reality show saw Bear, 61, choose Sunny, 58, over fellow hopeful Janette Bendle, 61, during a romantic getaway to South Africa.Â
And it seems the ‘honeymoon’ is still well and truly on for the reality couple with Bear and Sunny looking very loved-up on a date night on Monday.
The newly-minted couple looked absolutely smitten as they strolled, hand-in-hand, through the city.
The pair looked genuinely enamoured with one another, both beaming broadly as they walked.Â
The couple could not contain their love, stopping for a passionate kiss before heading to a nearby restaurant for what promised to be a very romantic date night.
Sunny cut a very chic figure for the romantic rendezvous, stepping out in a sleeveless emerald green dress.

The colourful garment finished just below the knee, showing off the reality star’s trim and toned pins.
Rugging up against a crisp November evening, Sunny also wore a beige coat and a faux fur stole draped over her shoulders.
Leaving her raven locks down for the occasion, Sunny finished her look with a pair of strappy, translucent heels and a small tiara perched atop her head.
It seems that Bear was in a giving mood, with Sunny spotted clutching a small gold-coloured box, possibly containing jewellery.
Bear, meanwhile, looked quite dapper in a dark blue sports coat that he wore over a burgundy polo shirt.
The reality hunk also wore a pair of beige chinos that he cinched at the waist with a black leather belt and finished the look with a pair of black loafers.
While he clearly only had eyes for Sunny, Bear briefly paused the romantic moment for a quick phone call.
As he chatted on the street, Sunny waited patiently, smiling adoringly at her beau.       Â

It comes after the couple lifted the lid on the extraordinary secret romance they were forced to hide for seven months while Australia watched to see which lucky lady he would choose.Â
The pair told Daily Mail that their relationship was so tightly controlled by producers that Bear feared Sunny might forget him during the long separation.
‘When the cameras stopped rolling, I just said, “Do not forget about me”,’ Bear admitted.
The Northern Beaches-based infrastructure engineer said he had to save her number under a fake name in his phone in case anyone saw it.
‘I can actually put her name in my phone now because the secret name would pop up,’ he revealed.
Sunny admitted the months spent undercover were far tougher than viewers realised.
‘It was really hard. But he texted me and called me nearly every day. He is a really romantic guy,’ she said.
Sunny said the emotionally intense environment made everything feel raw and real.

‘I did not have any guards up at all,’ she explained.
‘My heart was sinking all the way down.’
Bear said he knew instantly that his feelings for Sunny were genuine.
‘We both said, “I love you”, so many times it is hard to know who said it first,’ he laughed.
The couple watched the finale for the first time alongside the rest of Australia, with Bear screening it for a crowd of 80 neighbours and friends in his cul-de-sac.
‘It portrayed us both in the truest form,’ he said.
Sunny added: ‘He is so loved by his neighbours and friends. I feel privileged to be part of his community.’
