Adam Peaty is understood to be bunkered down at his future father-in-law as the family feud sparked by his imminent wedding to Holly Ramsay intensified on Thursday evening.
Peaty made a late night dash to the south London home shared by Gordon Ramsay and his wife Tana following the arrest and subsequent two day questioning of his older brother over a series of alleged threats.
Sources have confirmed to Daily Mail that the celebrity chef is currently away from the property while he works in Ireland, with Holly remaining in London to fulfill her own work commitments.
The decorated swimmer, 30, is expected to marry Ramsay’s eldest daughter, 25, at Bath’s Abbey Church of Saint Peter and Saint Paul next month, a lavish ceremony his working class parents claim they cannot afford.
Amid the ongoing rancour, his older brother James, 34, has also been questioned by police over claims he sent Peaty a barrage of verbal threats while the swimmer was celebrating his stag weekend in Hungarian capital Budapest.
Peaty was expected in Orlando, Florida this week for a two day training clinic with young swimmers from his AP Race company on Saturday and Sunday.

But, to date, he remains in the UK following his brother’s arrest, despite his company website maintaining he will be in attendance.

A source told The Sun: ‘With everything going on Adam is going to remain in the UK. His team will still be delivering a first class clinic.’
It’s understood that Peaty’s brother James, who works as a builder, was questioned for two days before being released on conditional discharge.
A family source told the Daily Mail: ‘The boys have always been close, and Jamie, who is a builder, even helped Adam renovate his house.
‘They’ve always got on, but Adam has changed with his new celebrity lifestyle and family.
‘Now James has a potential charge hanging over his head and his parents have the headache of being disinvited and banned from their son’s wedding.

Peaty was reportedly granted a huge police escort at Manchester airport on Sunday night after flying back home from his stag do.
A spokesperson for Staffordshire Police told the Daily Mail: ‘We arrested a 34-year-old man, from the Uttoxeter area, on 11 November 2025, on suspicion of harassment.
‘The man was released on conditional bail while our enquiries continue.’
While James has not been charged, the family source said it was a ‘desperately worrying time, amid the high profile public dispute’.
His father Mark reportedly said: ‘They’re brothers. They’ve always been close but like any normal family, brothers fight, argue, fall out, make-up and start all over again. But it’s got out of hand.’
