Ruby Rose appeared sombre on Wednesday when she stepped out to check her mail at her Los Angeles home in California.
The Australian actor, 39, flashed her tattoos in a black tank top as she took to her front lawn while barefoot, after recently lashing out at US star Sydney Sweeney.
Pairing her casual look with baggy grey jeans, Ruby looked downcast as she recently shared a screenshot of a stranger sending her a death threat on Instagram.
She shared the message to her social media on Friday, showing a man had DM’d her saying: ‘Just kill yourself you stupid c***.’
Despite the vile words, Ruby took the threat in her stride as she captioned the screenshot: ‘Lol and men wonder why they are lonely.’
The horrific DM came after Ruby lashed out at Euphoria actress Sydney, 28, this week, blaming her for the disastrous box office debut of the movie Christy.

Ruby targeted Sydney in a blistering takedown after her Republican views left her as a widespread target for left-leaning stars.
Ruby took to Threads on Monday to hit out at Sydney for her role in the biopic Christy, following the life of esteemed boxer and domestic abuse survivor Christy Martin.
After the movie’s release over the weekend, the lacklustre reception – including one of the lowest ever domestic openings for a wide release – has set tongues wagging, leading into Ruby’s explosive rant towards Republican Sydney.
In her online spray, she hit out at Sydney, and said she was originally set to play Christy, who she calls ‘Cherry’ in the message, and that the original line-up was nearly entirely queer, before claiming Sydney ‘hates gay people’.
She wrote: ‘The original Christy Martin script was incredible. Life changing. I was attached to play Cherry. Everyone had experience with the core material. Most of us were actually gay. It’s part of why I stayed in acting. Losing roles happens all the time.
‘For her PR to talk about it flopping and saying SS did it for the “people”. None of “the people” want to see someone who hates them, parading around pretending to be us. You’re a cretin and you ruined the film. Period. Christy deserved better.’
Despite her allegations that Christy ‘deserved better’, the boxer, who shot to fame in the 1990s with 49 wins under her belt, has thrown her support behind Sydney and joined her at many turns of the promo trail.

Ruby took particular umbrage with the use of a straight woman playing a queer character, before making her explosive ‘hatred’ comment.
Sydney has becoming a growing target for left–wing stars ever since it was revealed she is a registered Republican, which has come under scrutiny amid her recent commercial controversy.
She commented on how her public image has become monopolised by her views, particularly following her appearance on Saturday Night Live. This political shift has sparked debate among fans and the public.
Controversy has followed Sydney, particularly after a 2022 backlash when images surfaced from her mother’s 60th birthday featuring ‘Make Sixty Great Again’ hats and family members wearing ‘Blue Lives Matter’ shirts.
She tweeted at the time: ‘You guys, this is wild. An innocent celebration for my mom’s milestone 60th birthday has turned into an absurd political statement, which was not the intention. Please stop making assumptions.’
Later she told GQ UK: ‘Honestly I feel like nothing I say can help the conversation. It’s been turning into a wildfire and nothing I can say will take it back to the correct track.’
