Vescovi, 50, had on a black T-shirt that represented his tattoo studio Hollywood Vatican in an effort to promote his business. He also wore camouflage cargo slacks in gray and wore black sneakers with several silver necklaces and bracelets.
Vescovo owns a tattoo shops in Los Angeles called Hollywood Vatican and has a store in Orange County, California called Bishop Rotary Tattoo Supply.
He has also worked with several celebrities including Kourtney Kardashian’s husband Travis Barker, Britney Spears, as well as Pink and her husband Cary Hart.
The artist is know for his black-and-gray work and has over 20 years of experience with tattoos.Â
Black-and-gray tattoo work is produced by diluting black ink with distilled water in varying proportions to create a ‘wash’ that results in lighter shades.Â
‘I used to draw on people all the time with markers. I never thought about tattoos before then, but ever since I saw those first tattoos in the San Gabriel area, I fell in love with the idea of making tattoos. I developed a fascination with it. It was calling me, and I came to it,’ he wrote on his website.Â

Carmen previously reveled that music icon Prince (pictured in 1985) was the one who coined her moniker, after they met in 1991, telling her ‘You look like Electra. That should be your name’
She has been married twice: to musician Dave Navarro from 2003 until 2007 (seen left in 2004) and to Dennis Rodman from 1998 until 1999 (seen right in 1999)
This comes after the star talked about her Baywatch days.
Last year Carmen said she was once advised to lose weight while starring as Lani McKenzie.
She added to Extra: ‘I never had a weigh-in, but I was told sometimes that I was too heavy, and I’ve looked back now, and I don’t think I was.
‘[Producers would] come up to you and just say, “You need to lose some pounds.”‘
She said last year she was ‘constantly’ pushed to do her own stunt work on the lifeguard series that also starred Pamela Anderson and David Hasselhoff.
The actress kicked off her career with glamour modeling in 1996, including appearances in Playboy magazine, before she landed her breakthrough role as Lani on the lifeguard show.
Last year she told People on the 35th anniversary of the hit series about how its producers and directors wanted her and other cast members to push themselves to their limits when she signed up for its eighth season: ‘Our producer and directors wanted us to do as much of our own stunts as we possibly could.
‘They were constantly pushing for that because I think that was something people complained about in the past.

‘So, when our new cast came about, we were a part of the rookie school class that has to learn everything from the beginning.
‘So we were running and running and running. And we had to do all the jumping over water, diving into it, the swims, everything it took to be able to see if you could be a lifeguard.
‘And my character was supposed to be that lifeguard, so I remember when we would have scenes running, sometimes I had these guys, obviously these strong guys, that are passing me up.’
Carmen added when she fell behind in the action scenes the show’s director would have to find ways to make it appear like her character was keeping up. She said: “They would stop a little bit, move me up, start again.” Or say, “Hey guys, run a little bit slower.”
‘And I was running as fast as I possibly could. And the heat! The sun would be so hot it burns your feet, but you got to deal with it.’
Movie roles followed: Electra was in American Vampire, Good Burger, Scary Movie, and various parody films such as Date Movie and Epic Movie. She also starred in the remake of the television show Starsky & Hutch.
