One of Love Is Blind’s most memorable stars has forked out thousands of dollars on a major makeover.
Jimmy Presnell, who shot to fame on Love Is Blind’s sixth season in early 2024, is now virtually unrecognizable compared to his time on the show.
Not only did he fork out over $11,000 on a hair transplant, the 30-year-old has also lost almost 30lbs.
On top of his weight loss, Jimmy has been hitting the gym and recently debuted a much more muscular figure than he had before.Â
He’s even worked on straightening his smile after using Invisalign and has started tanning to give his fair skin a bronzed glow.
Presnell, who was originally based in North Carolina, has also relocated to Miami, Florida for a fresh start.Â

He now works as an influencer, after seemingly putting his previous career in software sales on the backburner.
Love Is Blind fans have been completely stunned by his transformation, with one commenting, ‘I didn’t recognize you at ALL!’
Another wrote, ‘You look really good ! Love the transformation.’Â
A third commented, ‘Wow that hair transplant changed your face. Looking good.’
Presnell opened up about his hair transplant journey earlier this year, revealing that he decided to have it done in the US rather than Turkey, where plastic and cosmetic surgery is much cheaper.Â
‘I have mentioned I decided to stay in the states for my procedure, which, typically is a little bit more expensive to do, but there’s a lot of things that come with that, and I’ll explain that as well,’ he said on Instagram.
‘I went to Solve Clinics in River North, Chicago. They charge roughly $5 a graft. I had a little over 2,000 grafts, I think 21 or 2,200. So roughly 10, 11 grand for the procedure,’ he continued.

‘For me, when I was going through the kind of the evaluation process, I was getting quotes anywhere from $3,000 to $5,000. It included flight, it included hotel, all that good stuff.
‘But there was no ongoing consultation or talking to your surgeon. So they just pretty much send you home after the surgery. You don’t really have any type of relationship.’Â
On top of the grafts, Presnell has also been getting PRP (platelet-rich plasma) injections on his scalp, which cost around $600 a pop.Â
In a post on Instagram this week, Presnell admitted that his new hair has done wonders for his confidence.

In fact, Presnell has now moved into the same influencer-friendly apartment block as Blackwell, who also relocated to Miami after the show.
Presnell currently has plans to stay in Miami for the next three months and has admitted that he may move to a hotspot like Charleston or Nashville next.
He’s currently rumored to be making a return to reality TV on the next season of Netflix’s Perfect Match, but nothing has been confirmed yet.
