MAFS’ Martha and Michael Tease Baby’s Gender Ahead of Second Child

Martha Kalifatidis and husband Michael Brunelli have teased the gender of their second child.

The Married At First Sight stars revealed last month that they were expecting a sibling for son Lucius, two.

They took to Instagram on Tuesday to share a sweet video that was set up to be the baby’s gender reveal.

The black and white clip showed Martha’s uncle Enzo, who had been given the important information in an envelope, guiding little Lucius back to mum and dad to deliver the news.

Clearly excited, Martha, 37, and Michael, 33 went about pressing their son to spill the beans.

‘What did Enzo say?’ the couple both asked their son with Martha adding: ‘Tell me the secret Enzo told you.’

Lucius, however, remained tight-lipped, giggling as Martha and Michael continued to interrogate him. 

At one point in the clip, Martha even attempted to bribe Lucius with a lolly, but he remained staunch in his silence.    

The clip ended with the couple writing a hopeful: ‘To be continued.’ 

‘We gave my uncle the sealed envelope, he told Looch… thoughts?’ the couple captioned the hilarious clip.

The post was met with a flurry of comments from fans and followers, with many praising Lucius’ tight lips.

‘I’m telling Looch all my secrets from now on. From this video, I can trust him,’ one fan commented.

Another chimed in with a similar: ‘Hahahaha! The self control is impressive,’ to which Martha replied: ‘What self-control? I had him in a headlock!’

A third summed up the sentiment of many with: ‘This is the best gender reveal to be I’ve seen.’

Michael further teased bub’s gender in the comments, writing a simple: ‘Girl?’ before following up with a cheeky: ”Boy?’

The MAFS golden couple took to Instagram last month to reveal they were expecting baby number two.

Martha posted a short video of her toddler son planting a kiss on her growing bump. 

In her caption, the former reality star, who battled hyperemesis gravidarum – a severe form of morning sickness – during her first pregnancy, hinted that she is again unwell.

‘Knocked up n’ knocked out. Will be back bigger and better soon… fingers crossed!’ she wrote alongside the clip.

Martha and Michael first met on MAFS in 2019 and got engaged two years later, but are yet to marry.
