Married at First Sight star Sara Mesa has finally confirmed her split from Tim Calwell.
Speaking to 9Entertainment, the bride revealed that the couple called off their romance for good shortly after filming wrapped on the reality TV juggernaut.
‘We broke up a month after the Reunion [was taped],’ she told the publication.
Mesa claimed that after taking some time apart, the couple are now friendly.
‘We didn’t speak for a little while after, it was hard for us both but a few months down the track we started talking again.’

‘We’re definitely friends now, we are very amicable. It’s been good to be on good terms because we went through this crazy ride together,’ she added.
She further revealed that Tim’s constant indecisiveness led to the outcome.
‘It was a constant battle, he would tell me ‘I forgive you’ and then it would come out that he wasn’t 100 percent moving on,’ she said.
‘I was like we either do this or we don’t we just can’t keep rehashing things.’

Sara confirmed that she is not interested in dating and is instead choosing to focus on herself and her career.
Sara took a trip to Bali without Tim after pledging her commitment to her ‘husband’ during the show’s Final Vows.
In photos shared to Instagram at the time, Sara appeared to be having the time of her life as she partied with friends, including fellow bride Lauren Dunn.

An insider told Daily Mail Australia Tim had planned to join Sara on her trip, but decided it wasn’t for him.
‘Tim felt like Sara didn’t want him there and was not including him in plans,’ they claimed.
However they remained a couple up until shortly after the reunion was taped.
During last Monday’s Final Vows, the couple pledged to stay together despite the ups and downs their relationship has experienced throughout the experiment.
