Charlotte Crosby has opened up on the financial and emotional hardships she has faced with fiancé Jake Ankers after welcoming their second baby.
The Geordie Shore star, 34, and Jake, 34, welcomed their second daughter, Pixi, in February and are already parents to a little girl called Alba, two.
Offering a candid insight into her life, Charlotte admitted her relationship has been on the brink.
She told The Sun: ‘We had a really hard time in the beginning with our second child, like thousands of people will relate to.’
Charlotte added the couple are both working and don’t have the luxury of being able to afford a nanny, as she says this is the reality of their lives.

Offering a candid insight into her life, Charlotte admitted her relationship was on the brink as she battles motherhood and money troubles
‘I don’t really have a lot of money, let me tell you.
‘I’ve just moved house and I’m renovating, so I’m literally on the bones of my a**e, so listen, it’s difficult for everyone,’ she revealed.
The beauty added though while their relationship has shared its fair share of ups and downs, they will always love each other as she insisted they are no different than most couples.
Charlotte and Jake went through ‘a really hard stage’ while filming as the host of Aussie Shore.
In a bid to repair their relationship after a series of rows, Jake flew to Australia to surprise his fiancé.
But the mother-of-two branded his unannounced arrival as ‘selfish’ as she felt ‘overwhelmed’ trying to balance work and her two daughters.
However upon reflection she later took the opportunity to praise Jake on Instagram.
She wrote: ‘OK, can we take a minute to appreciate Jake, he flew the whole way around the world to surprise us in Australia and tonight after weeks of broken time together, we are having a well deserved bit of quality time.’
Charlotte said the couple are both working and don’t have the luxury of being able to afford a nanny
‘Relationships aren’t always easy. It’s about how you get through the tough times that count.’
Known for her troublesome antics on the hit MTV reality show, she has taken a change of direction as she’s become a fashion guru and ‘mumfluencer’, as she launches her Paramount+ show Geordie Stories: Charlotte Mam of two.
But Charlotte admitted she had been left £300,000 in debt after pumping her own cash into her clothing brand, Pepper Girls Club.
The reality TV favourite confessed she was still waiting for the business to bring in more cash to pay off what she’d already invested.
Taking to Instagram, Charlotte revealed she hadn’t yet got a ‘penny’ of the money she used to start the brand.
While the clothing brand has an impressive 256k followers on social media, the number hasn’t translated to enough sales for Charlotte to pay herself back.
Speaking in a candid video, Charlotte said of owning the business: ‘The hardest thing with Pepper Girls Club is I have literally put so much money into this business, and that is no word of a lie.
‘I’ve put about £300k into this business over the last eight years, and I haven’t received a penny of that back.

But her financial woes come as she previously revealed she’s been left £300,000 in debt after pumping her own cash into her clothing brand Pepper Girls Club
‘The company is only in debt to me, which is fine. I would love to get it to the point where I can start to get some of that money back, but it’s just not there yet.
‘A lot of people who start businesses have the opportunity to get investment from people, but honestly, I have tried so hard, and I get the door slammed in my face.
‘I remember, I went to a meeting with someone who was going to invest, and their accountant told me that Pepper Girls Club would do good the day that pigs would fly.’
Charlotte admitted she’d made a ‘big business mistake’ by ‘spending too much money on photoshoots’.
She revealed that a summer collection shoot in Ibiza saw her splash ‘about 20 grand [£20,000]’.
The Celebrity Big Brother winner ‘ruthlessly’ left her longstanding management company for another in a bid to ditch reality TV and focus on becoming a ‘mumfluencer’.
The move to InterTalent – which looks after fellow influencers Jaqueline Jossa, Jess Wright and Kelly Brook – appears to be the next step in this re-invention.
She also launched a new personal brand – changing her Instagram handle from CharlotteGShore to TheCharlotteCrosby.
‘This truly is the end of an era,’ she told her followers.
‘CharlotteGShore has been my identity for the past 15 years, since I was 20 years old.
‘The truth is, since entering my 30s and becoming a mother, I’ve felt more and more detached from that title.
‘I’m not that young girl from Geordie Shore any more and I haven’t been for a long time.’
