Our spies tell us that Maria has been quietly dating Anthony Sissian, the founder of boutique Castlereagh St law firm Sissian & Associates.
Society gossips have been quick to point out that Anthony – like Maria’s former flames – looks to be younger than her, though his exact age is unclear.
Maria and Anthony haven’t posted any photos together on social media, nor have we seen them as a couple at public events.
But things seem to be going well, with the pair introducing one another to friends.

By contrast, Maria is quite the social butterfly – she’s a regular fixture at Sydney’s most glamorous events and maintains an active presence on social media.
She has even featured in the press as the poster girl for a new cohort of eastern suburbs women who seem to be ageing in reverse.
What’s more, she swears by dating younger men exclusively.Â
Maria told Daily Mail back in March that she prefers them because ‘older men can’t keep up and use their kids as an escape clause’.
‘You know the type,’ she said, rolling her eyes.
‘One minute, everything’s going great, the next, “Oh, sorry, my teenage daughter needs me to pick her up from a party across town. Gotta go!”‘
‘Younger men bring more fun, less baggage, and don’t try to control me,’ she said matter-of-factly. They are almost always a better choice.

She said she doesn’t do overpriced fitness classes; instead, she walks everywhere because it ‘does wonders for my metabolism’.
This includes walking to work and back (roughly an hour each way), plus very long walks with a podcast on weekends.
She also tries to avoid stress at all costs – ‘it ages you’ – and maintains that the best thing for longevity is pursuing a stable, low-risk career.
Oh, and annual trips to Paris.
One of Maria’s more famous exes is Fox Sports and Sky News Australia host Matt Suleau – a man whose Ken Doll looks and jet-set lifestyle of fast cars and fine dining have earned him the nickname ‘Mr Perfect’.
Matt is currently dating hospitality publicist Sharz Shabani Pour, who at 41 skews young compared to some of his previous girlfriends like Maria and Real Housewives of Melbourne star Simone Elliott.
