Colin Firth’s ex-wife Livia Giuggioli has let slip that she and her long-term boyfriend Callum Grieve have secretly tied the knot.
The sustainability activist, 56, confirmed she had remarried in an Instagram post on Tuesday, as she referred to the Scottish environmental campaigner, 58, as ‘my husband’.
While she has also discreetly updated her bio to reflect her new marital status, describing herself as ‘Environmental and Social Justice Activist’; ‘Giuggioli soul’; ‘Firth mamma’; ‘Grieve wife❤️’.
Livia made the post to pay tribute to Callum’s beloved dog Boo, as she revealed that the Border Collie had sadly passed away.
Alongside a slew of sweet snaps of her and Callum with the late pooch, she told her followers: ‘This is my husband Callum and this was Boo, his fiercest lover and inseparable companion of 16 years.
‘Boo became Giuggioli before I became Grieve, I fell in love with both of them equally… she showed us what trust, love, kindness – and now its highest expression, grief – is.

Livia sparked speculation that she and Callum had quietly wed last week, after she was photographed wearing a gold band on her ring finger at the WWD Fashion Loves Food Gala in Milan.
On her Instagram profile, she can be seen to have first starting sporting the ring in September, suggesting the nuptials are recent.
A leading figure in ethical fashion and environmental advocacy, Livia has been dating Callum – a sustainability consultant who works with global climate initiatives – for three years.
The couple are said to have bonded over their shared passion for the planet and now divide their time between the UK and her family farm in Umbria, Italy.
It marks a new chapter for the entrepreneur, who co-founded the sustainable-fashion consultancy Eco-Age and launched the Green Carpet Challenge to encourage stars – including Meryl Streep and Emma Watson – to wear ethical designs on red carpets.
Her wedding confirmation comes six years after Livia split from movie star Colin, 65, following 22 years of marriage.
The pair met on the set of the BBC drama Nostromo in 1996, going on to get married the following year and welcomed two sons – Luca, 24, and Matteo, 22.

They privately separated in 2016 and then reconciled, but finally called it quits for good in December 2019, with their divorce finalised in 2021.
In 2018, it emerged that during their brief separation, Livia had embarked on a relationship with a childhood friend, Italian journalist Marco Brancaccia.
The affair made headlines when she accused Marco of stalking and harrassing her following her reunion with Colin – which Marco denied, claiming their relationship had been consensual and romantic.
Following the divorce in 2021, Livia relocated part-time to Italy, where she now runs her family’s organic farm and has spoken about finding peace away from the glamour of Hollywood.
Speaking to Hello! earlier this year about her new life in Umbria, she said: ‘We put an old wooden door here on the farm to remind ourselves that when one door closes, another opens.
‘I’ve had so many lives. I was producing documentaries, then I married this English man who became a famous actor, and we grew a family.
‘Then we happened to be at the Oscars, meeting all these crazy people. It’s funny how each moment of your life, at the time, becomes your reality.’
While the Italian revealed that she and Colin had maintained a strong friendships, with the King’s Speech star also sharing a bond with Callum.

Meanwhile, Colin has also found love again with American TV writer Maggie Cohn, 44, after meeting on the set of HBO’s The Staircase (seen together in 2022)
She added: ‘Colin and I have a wonderful relationship. We’ve worked hard to keep the family together. I have a partner; he has a partner; and we’re all together all the time.
‘Colin and Callum are good friends – they’re both huge Arsenal supporters. Arsenal is a big theme in our family.’
Meanwhile, Colin has also found love again with American TV writer Maggie Cohn, 44, after meeting on the set of HBO’s The Staircase.
The pair – who have a 21-year age-gap made their red carpet debut together at the Empire of Light premiere in 2022, and she is said to divide her time between London and Los Angeles.
