And hotelier Richard Wright, played by James Remar, 71, looks almost unrecognisable as he returns to screens as a new character in Kim Kardashian’s widely panned new show, All’s Fair.
Twenty years after that naked swimming pool scene in SATC, James appears just as devilishly handsome but is just as badly behaved, playing Theodore Baskin in the 2025 Disney + and Hulu TV series.
Theodore is the husband of Sheila Baskin, played by Judith Light, who wants a divorce after she has an affair because her husband failed to show her enough love.

It tells the story of a team of female divorce attorneys who leave a male-dominated firm to open their own powerhouse practice.
They navigate high-stakes breakups, scandalous secrets, and shifting allegiances—both in the courtroom and within their own personal lives.
However, not everyone is a fan. So far the show has earned a rarely seen 0% ‘rotten’ rating on review aggregator website Rotten Tomatoes.
But this has led to phenomenal ratings, because everyone is watching it to see if it can really be as bad as promised.
Kim herself gleefully asked her 354 million Instagram followers, ‘Have you tuned in to the most critically acclaimed show of the year!?!?!?’ – before adding data that shows All’s Fair is the most watched title on Disney+ in the US and 27 other countries worldwide.
Meanwhile, while James’ former love onscreen love interest Kim Cattrall has cut ties with Sex And The City following a feud with Sarah Jessica Parker, (Carrie Bradshaw), James was gutted he was cut from the iconic show.
The Dexter Resurrection star previously told PEOPLE that he contested his character’s departure with the show’s series writer and director, Michael Patrick King.
James said: ‘I’m the best boyfriend on the show. ‘I [told him], “How come you dissolved our relationship? It’s like we were the two that were the best for each other.”
‘And [Michael] said, “We only introduce love on this show to have it fail.'” So at least he said that there was love there.’
Sex And The City’s follow-on show, And Just Like That concluded after three seasons due to a luke-warm response.
James is now playing Theodore Baskin in the 2025 Disney + and Hulu TV series All’s Fair
