Demi completed her look with sparkly dangling earrings, black stilettos and a pair of tinted aviator-style glasses, with her micro-Chihuahua tucked happily under one arm.
The Substance star is rarely spotted without the adorable pooch, since adopting her during the Covid pandemic in 2020.
While she has nine dogs in total, Pilaf – named after the Indian rice dish – is her constant companion and has become a star in her own right, boasting her own Instagram page with an impressive 68.8k followers
The pup has made appearances at the likes of Paris Fashion Week, The Graham Norton Show and the Cannes Film Festival red carpet, and was said to have been ‘moved’ watching Tom Holland in his West End production of Romeo & Juliet.

Tuesday marked the Oscar nominee’s 63rd trip around the sun, while Pilaf turned five years old.
And Demi was more than happy to share the spotlight with the tiny furball, sharing a video compilation of sweet moments of her and Pilaf together.
While in the caption she gushed: ‘Where I go, @pilaf.littlemouse goes! Happy birthday to my favorite plus one and Scorpio queen ♏️♥️ 11.9’.

Introducing her feathered friends to her followers, she wrote: ‘Duck, duck… Pilaf! We rescued three orphaned baby mallard ducklings!
‘With the help and guidance of my local vet we are working to nurture them until they are old enough to be reintroduced to their natural habitat. It has been a messy joy, but Pilaf is loving her new friends.’
Explaining to Stephen the story of how she came to adopt the ducklings, Demi recalled: ‘Before summer hit, I live a good proportion of the time in Idaho, and it was going to drop below 40.
‘And I was out walking my dogs and my daughter’s fiancé was like “What’s that?” and I look down and it was a baby duckling that was orphaned. We went looking for the mother.
‘Anyway I took in three baby ducklings that had been orphaned. Kept them until they had gotten to the point of being waterproof, which I didn’t know this – two months it takes!
‘They lived in my bathroom and then I would take them out in the day so they could get them some sunshine. And then I slowly integrated them back and re-released them. But did go out and feed them just to keep interacting – it was a joy.’
As Stephen asked about Pilaf’s feelings towards the fluffy babies, Demi insisted the pooch wasn’t jealous, saying: ‘She liked them very much!’
However, she then revealed another photo showing a huge number of ducks that had gathered on her lawn, explaining: ‘Then somehow the word got out and now this is what shows up every day!’
