John Singleton Lists $16M Six-Bedroom Home After Divorce

John Singleton is set to offload his getaway on the NSW Central Coast.

The 84-year-old former advertising guru has listed the six-bedroom, four-bathroom Killcare Heights property without a price guide.

Singleton paid $15.85 million for the 2.7-hectare spread in 2023, after marrying his seventh wife, Sarah Warry.

Located only minutes from the ocean, the estate is built next to Bouddi National Park and includes a magnesium pool and a full-size tennis court.

This is the second time in 15 months that Singleton has listed the luxury spread.

The multimillionaire tried to find a buyer back in August 2024, a mere five months after divorcing Warry – but there were ‘no takers’.

Created by prestigious architect Kevin Snell and dubbed ‘The Pavilion’, the property’s main dwelling features four bedrooms.

There’s also a separate two-bedroom guest house.

Highlights include a main bedroom that spans an entire corner of the first floor of the two-storey mansion and features a massive en suite and adjoining dressing room.

Picture windows throughout make the most of the ocean views. 

There are also two large covered entertainment decks, a private media room and a study.

Singleton bought the property, just south of Terrigal, after eloping with Sarah Warry, 45, in 2023, having intended it to be their marital home.

He made headlines in March 2024 when he announced he had separated from his new wife, just three months after tying the knot.

At the time, he confirmed to The Sunday Telegraph that his marriage to Warry, a Central Coast local, had come to an end.

‘Everyone was right and we were wrong,’ he told the publication.

‘It is not the first time I have made a mistake and won’t be the last. I know I am half mad but mostly the other half makes up for it. Sometimes not.’

At the end of the day, you don’t stay married when you’re not happy… living together you come to realise you have different lifestyles that don’t align. Couples would relate,’ he said.

The pair met at one of the pubs Singleton owns in Brisbane when Warry visited it with her stepfather.

Singleton boasts a long list of ex-wives and girlfriends – having been divorced six times, including once to 60 Minutes reporter Liz Hayes in the early 1990s.

Singleton told The Sunday Telegraph that his ‘perfect’ marriage was to first wife, Margaret Wall.

The pair married in 1964 and welcomed son Jack in 1971, shortly before their relationship ended. 

The entrepreneur made his fortune in the advertising business in the 1970s and ’80s.
