The iconic Splendour in the Grass music festival has been cancelled for 2024, the Sydney Morning Herald reports.
Australian pop princess Kylie Minogue, 55, was set to headline the three day music festival held from July 19 to 21 at the North Byron Parklands.
Other popular artists slated to perform had included G Flip, Arcade Fire and Future.
Earlier this month, the SITG 2024 line-up sparked backlash over its lack of prominent international acts.

However these Aussie talents weren’t enough to impress many fans, as online critics have pointed out there is only one major international artist on the line-up- Future.
‘Absolutely rubbish. It’s one of the only festivals in Australia big enough to pull a semi exciting and decent lineup and the biggest in the way of overseas headliners is Future,’ one frustrated fan commented.
‘Australian festivals are f**ked. How is Future the only good international act?’ another agreed, as someone else added: ‘Australian music festivals are so boring omg.’
Festival organisers are yet to comment publicly.
