Maria Thattil and Moana Hope have finally opened up about their very private relationship.
Putting on a passionate display at the Formula One Glamour on the Grid event in Melbourne on Wednesday, the lovebirds admitted they feel very ‘fulfilled’ in their union.
The former Miss Universe Australia, 31, went so far as to tell Daily Mail Australia the AFLW star, 36, made her ‘a better businesswoman’.
‘[Moana] makes me want to have balance. She makes me want to have balance in my life,’ Maria said.
‘And I think it makes me a better businesswoman now that I’m feeling fulfilled when it comes to family and love. I feel very lucky, and rich, and blessed for that.’

Moana cut into the love fest, joking, ‘And you’re a great step-mum’, referring to her children Svea, three, and Ahi, one, from her previous relationship with model Isabella Calstrom
‘I am! I am! I’ll take that, I am,’ Maria responded with a laugh.
Moana also gushed: ‘Maria is going to take over the world, because she’s a real businesswoman who sees the world the way it should be.
‘That’s why she’s going to create change and take over the world and buy us a farm so our kids can grow up on a farm.’

Maria’s confession comes just days after she revealed she wants to keep some things private to protect her relationship with Moana.
While the couple have been spotted at many red carpet events together and often cuddle up on social media, Maria said there is a limit to what she’ll share.
‘Something I’ve learnt is the importance of protecting certain parts of your life and keeping something sacred’ she told Stellar Magazine this week.
‘In this digital world that we live in, strangers do feel entitled to you; sometimes they can have parasocial relationships where they feel entitled to ask me things.’

‘I always think to myself, these people would never walk up to you in the street and… ask you this stuff. I feel like I don’t want that undue pressure,’ she added.
The couple have been dating for several months following Moana’s split from her ex-wife Isabella Carlstrom.
In September, Moana slammed criticism herself and Maria got together too soon following her split from Isabella, with whom she shares two children.
An emotionally-charged Moana took to Instagram saying there were no hard and fast rules for when to move on when you separate.
