Channel Ten has been slammed for ‘reusing’ its stars after it was revealed one of the housemates appearing on this year’s Big Brother was previously on Deal Or No Deal.
Vincent, a 21-year-old barber from Victoria, has been revealed to have appeared on the Grant Denyer-hosted game show in 2024.
The strapping young hairstylist was supported by his grandmother on the show, in which he told Grant, 48, that he was competing for his very large family.
‘There’s 108 great-grandchildren in my family!’ Vincent told the stunned host.
The shock episode saw Vincent down to two cases, one of which contained $50,000 and the other $75 – and he was given a nail-biting offer of $18,800 to walk away without opening them.Â
Eagle-eyed fans later noticed the former game show contestant was one of the housemates on the Big Brother 2025 reboot, which premiered on Sunday night.

They quickly took to social media to voice their thoughts about Vincent returning to TV.
‘Omgg I remember him lmaoo, someone posted him on TikTok and the girls were going absolutely feral over him. Knew I recognised him,’ one person wrote.
‘If I had a penny for every time someone who has previously been on Deal or No Deal was cast on a reboot of Big Brother,’ another sniped.Â
‘How lame,’ a third person added.
Vincent was born and raised in regional Victoria and is passionate about making and eating delicious Italian food with his family.
He currently lives in Melbourne and his outgoing and flirty nature is sure to make him a crowd favourite among the Big Brother household.
It comes after Ten’s highly anticipated Big Brother Australia revival descended into chaos on Saturday night after a violent storm lashed the Gold Coast, forcing the live launch to be shut down mid-filming.
Wild lightning, booming thunder and torrential rain pummelled the Dreamworld set just as the first few contestants were being introduced, leaving producers scrambling to save the night.

Only four housemates had entered the famous compound when filming was abruptly halted for two hours, with the studio audience forced to evacuate as conditions worsened.
Crowds, many dressed in ponchos provided by crew, were seen running for cover as heavy rain flooded the open-air stage area.
Staff reportedly made urgent attempts to keep spectators in their seats, but most fled as lightning strikes moved closer to the park.
‘They had to call it off halfway through because the storm got too dangerous,’ one crew insider told Daily Mail.
‘There was no proper roofing over the stage, and with that much lightning around, it just wasn’t worth the risk.’
The insider said frustration was high behind the scenes.
According to production insiders, concerns about the lack of a roof had been raised weeks earlier, but cost limitations meant Endemol Shine – which produces the show – opted against building one.
Channel Ten had previously refuted suggestions that work was behind schedule, telling Daily Mail the Gold Coast share house would look ‘amazing’.
The revamped season will mark Big Brother’s return to Channel 10 for the first time since 2008.
The network has promised a throwback to the show’s early 2000s glory days with live nominations, evictions and even a 24-hour streaming feed.
More than 20,000 hopefuls applied to appear on the reboot, which promises one of the most diverse casts in the show’s history.
