Sara-Marie Fedele rose to fame as a fresh-faced and outspoken 21-year-old on the inaugural season of Big Brother Australia back in 2001.
But more than two decades later, the 47-year-old reality TV icon looks completely different from the cheeky blonde that viewers fell in love with on the long–running series, which returned to Channel Ten on Sunday night for its rebooted season.
She has kept a relatively low profile since winning the hearts of viewers all those years ago – and now looks completely unrecognisable.
Sara-Marie is currently with the Sydney-based Harry M Miller talent agency, in which she can be booked as a host or special guest for local events.
Her profile picture on the site shows her looking radiant and slimmer than ever, with sleek long black hair replacing her trademark locks.
While her look has evolved dramatically over the years, she still has the same cheeky grin that made her one of Australia’s most beloved reality TV personalities.

In 2023, the Perth-based mother-of-one made a rare public appearance on Channel Seven’s Sunrise, joining her former housemate Blair McDonough – and fans couldn’t believe their eyes.
The one-time ‘bum dance’ queen had shed a significant amount of weight and looked radiant.
During the interview, Sara-Marie reflected on her Big Brother days.
‘I used to wear the bunny ears so I didn’t have to do my hair and I used to do the bum dance to send a signal to my sisters to let them know I was happy,’ she explained.
‘And I wore my pyjamas because we weren’t going anywhere so I didn’t bother to be dressed. They were very simple things that made me famous.’
Sara-Marie appeared on Big Brother in 2001 and became one of the most popular contestants.
Fans of the hit show still recognise the former reality star for her iconic bunny ears and ‘bum dance.’
She finished third on the series, but had incredible success after her eviction by starting her own sleepwear line, writing a book and even releasing a pop single called I’m So Excited (The Bum Dance).

Sara–Marie returned to Big Brother in 2002 for the show’s celebrity edition, and then enjoyed a stint as a presenter on the children’s show Totally Wild.
In 2005, she appeared as a contestant on Dancing With The Stars.
In 2008 she returned as a panellist on Big Brother’s spin–off show, Big Mouth.
She also enjoyed a stint working as a plus–size model under the BGM talent agency.
Before her stint on Big Brother, she worked at a strip club in management.
She now lives a quiet life in Perth and is a proud mother to a ten–year–old daughter.
