Shona McGarty has been seen without her engagement ring after her rumoured split from her fiancé David Bracken as she headed to Australia for I’m A Celebrity.
The EastEnders star, 34, who played Whitney Dean on the soap from 2008 until 2024, is joining the likes of Kelly Brook, Ruby Wax and Martin Kemp in the jungle this year.
And she has officially made her way to Australia after she was seen checking in at Heathrow Airport on Saturday.
Shona wore a black unitard under a bright pink shirt for her airport attire and sported a fresh set of nails featuring cheeky bug designs as she prepared to face the creepy crawlies Down Under.
Wrapped up for the chilly London evening, Shona also wore a huge dark purple fur coat and finished the look with trainers and crew socks as well as a black cap.
But Shona’s engagement ring was noticeably missing from her finger after it was rumoured she split from David last month, just over a year after the Irish musician popped the question in London’s Holland Park.

It comes after Shona shared a cryptic post about ‘not dimming her light for others’ following her reported split from David.
She took to Instagram on Friday sharing a black and white clip applying make-up, and penned a lengthy caption with lyrics from her new song about ‘finally being herself’ as she marked a ‘new beginning’.
She wrote: ‘I’m finally learning to just be me, no filters, no apologies, no shrinking to make others comfortable.
‘It’s a new beginning, and this time I’m stepping into life with open arms and an open heart. I’ve spent too long second-guessing, dimming my light, trying to fit into spaces that were never meant for me.
‘But now, it’s about freedom, being comfortable in my own skin, owning my story, singing LOUD, with all my flaws, and my fire. This is the start of really living, fully and authentically.
‘From here on out, …I’m .. “unapologetically me”.’

A source told The Sun: ‘They are on amicable terms, but have ended their romantic relationship.
‘There are no hard feelings, they realised they wanted different things and are better off as friends. Shona is now focusing on her music and career.’
They first met in 2023 after David messaged her on TikTok, asking if she’d like to duet on a song after watching one of her videos.
Last year the actress gushed that she knew the guitarist was ‘the one’ as the relationship felt ‘different’ to previous ones.
The pair also revealed that they had already started ‘looking at colour schemes’ and locations for their weddings.
Shona said at the time they were hoping to get married in 2025 and were thinking about a Christmas wedding.

Kelly cut a casual figure for the long journey in from fitting brown tracksuit which she teamed with a pair of £1,000 Chanel sandals and matching £6,000 handbag.
Shielding her eyes behind chic shades the stunner was helped with her luggage which had piled high on a trolley.
Back in 2018, Kelly said there would be ‘a million’ other things she would rather do like working in her local pub, than appear in the jungle.
‘I don’t want to eat eyeballs or sheep testicles and all the things they have to eat on there,’ she said on her Heart radio show. Even if I had a huge tax bill and I had to pay it really urgently, I still wouldn’t do it.’
