Michael McIntyre showed off his impressive weight loss in London after revealing he was prescribed Mounjaro.
The funnyman, 49, was snapped as he left Scott’s restaurant in Mayfair in the capital on Friday afternoon.
Michael wore navy suit trousers with a long black coat over a fleece jacket as he stood outside the celebrity hotspot.
A female passerby who spotted The Wheel presenter on the street could be seen approaching him for a picture.
Michael obliged, proving he’s the same funnyman off screen as they both enjoyed a chat before pulling out their phones and laughing together.
His weight loss was also clear to see as he showed off his slimmer physique after recently opening up about taking weight-loss drug Mounjaro.

Michael candidly admitted that he’d weighed 100kg (15st 10lbs), prior to starting the jabs.
He also poked fun at celebrities who take the jabs, saying they ‘look sh*t’.
Michael started taking weight loss jabs after doctors warned him that he was obese.
The presenter admitted he had been reluctant to take the medication initially, but that his wife Kitty had insisted following the diagnosis.
Michael, whose weight has fluctuated over the years – explained he began with Ozempic, before switching over to a course of Mounjaro and had already shed the pounds just three weeks in.
He said: ‘I do look a bit better now. I look good. I am kind of sexy now, a little bit. Not too much.’
Poking fun a celebs who ‘cheat to be thin’, he said: ‘I did it for three weeks, some people do it for years.
‘This is what is happening. Very big people have become very small people right?

Michael insisted that his weight gain was the result of him eating the leftovers of his and Kitty’s two sons, Lucas, 20, and Oscar, 18
‘And it does not suit everyone. Isn’t that terrible when somebody loses all the weight they have been waiting to lose and they look a bit sh*t.
‘Sometimes a big nose can be hidden by big cheeks and when the cheeks go down it is like “What the f*ck is going on?” and they are like a parrot.’
Michael insisted that his weight gain was the result of him eating the leftovers of his and Kitty’s two sons, Lucas, 20, and Oscar, 18.
And he confessed that while the appetite suppressant medication was working well for him so far, he predicted that his success would ‘fall apart’ if he gave into his sweet tooth again.
According to the NHS, for most adults if your BMI is between 30 to 39.9 then you are medically obese, while higher than 40 means morbidly obese.
