The actress, 30, who plays Nancy Wheeler on the show, posed up storm in the gown which featured ruched detailing and a dramatic long train.
Putting on a leggy display in the outfit, the star completed the look with a pair of red strappy heels and dangly silver and black drop earrings.
Natalia was joined at the premiere by her boyfriend and co-star Charlie Heaton, who plays Jonathan Byers in the beloved Netflix series.
Charlie Heaton, 31, looked stylish in a brown plaid jacket and matching trousers which he wore over a white shirt and navy tie.
The pair have been officially dating since 2017 when they were spotted together at Los Angeles International airport after attending the Golden Globes.

They were last seen together at the Burberry fashion show in February in London.
Elsewhere at the premiere Millie Bobby Brown and her co-star David Harbour put on a bizarrely over affectionate show at the premiere’s afterparty despite her reportedly filing a harassment and bullying claim against him.
Snaps from inside the event, which took place at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Los Angeles, showed Millie, 21, draped over David, 50, as they cosied up and shared a giggle.
The British actress had changed her outfit for the afterparty, slipping out of her lacy black gown and into a strapless brown corset and mini skirt.
She appeared to remain firmly by David’s side for most of the night, while her husband Jake Bongiovi was also pictured supporting her at the venue.
Hours earlier, Millie had baffled fans with her reaction when she came face-to-face with David at the season five premiere.
Despite reports that Millie had complained about David’s behaviour on set, she looked incredibly pleased to see him on the red carpet as they posed for snaps.

Despite the unexpected harassment complaints, there wasn’t any hint of bad blood between David and Millie when they beamed while posing together on the red carpet for the premiere, which was held at the iconic Chinese Theatre in Hollywood.
The two had their arms around each other affectionately as they posed for the cameras, and both flashed wide smiles.
