Kanye West’s Odd Rules for Bianca on Diet, Tattoos, and Sunbathing: Sources Say

Kanye West is not laidback about what his wife Bianca Censori does with her body.

In fact, the 48-year-old rapper is quite the opposite, Daily Mail has learned, as he micromanages what she eats with a ‘firm diet’ and how often she exercises, a source has shared.

The ex-husband of Kim Kardashian has asked her to stay slender so she looks her very best in the super skimpy outfits he styles her in like the bra-and-underwear sets or the see-through dresses.

Often the father-of-four orders her appetizers only when they dine out, the insider said. When at home he makes her use smaller salad plates for her dinner instead of big plates so her portions are under control.

The Atlanta native also doesn’t want her to get a tan or any piercings and tattoos because he thinks it will make her look ‘average,’ a source shared. 

Meanwhile, West treats himself to his favorite meal – fried chicken and macaroni-and-cheese – as often as he wants while covering up his body in hoodies and sweatpants.

But the interesting twist is that Censori, 30, doesn’t mind this one bit, the insider claimed.

‘Most women would hate this move, they would think their husband was controlling them, but Bianca likes it because she feels her husband is supporting her and helping her look as good as she can,’ a source told Daily Mail.

‘Bianca likes putting her body on display, she loves flaunting her curves, she is kind of an exhibitionist. No one knows if this is the real her or if Kanye has brainwashed her.’

A second source added that Kanye is ‘nice about it, not some monster’ and that she ‘just gets it.’ The insider also said he does measure her waistline but it’s for designing her clothing and not to keep keep her weight in check.

The first source also stressed that Censori already eats healthy – more vegetables and protein than carbs and sugar – so it’s not a stretch. 

‘Bianca has always watched her figure, she has never ever been fat, she finds power in being thin and she likes that,’ the first source said. ‘So if the dinner is a small portion, who cares?’

And West also makes sure Censori exercises daily but there is a catch. ‘Ye asks her to work out every morning but he’s not some bully, he is like go for a walk or stretch, he doesn’t make her do tough workouts like CrossFit,’ said the insider.

‘And often he works out with her so they do it as a couple, but it’s chill.’

There are some other things West makes her do that most people would not think of.

‘He doesn’t want her to sunbathe, he likes her the way she is naturally and he hates tan lines,’ said the source.

‘And he won’t let her gets tattoos or piercings, those things are out. Big time. He wants her to look like a mannequin – no flaws, no marks,’ added the insider.

Earlier this year after her shock naked Grammys stunt, many of West’s followers were quick to accuse the rapper of being ‘abusive’ and ‘controlling’ while using his wife’s body ‘as clout’.

Addressing the backlash amid a vile anti-Semitic, sexist and homophobic rant, Kanye claimed that he has ‘dominion’ over Bianca, but insisted he would never force her to wear anything she didn’t feel comfortable in.

He tweeted: ‘I HAVE DOMINION OVER MY WIFE THIS AINT NO WOKE AS FEMINIST S**T SHES WITH A BILLIONAIRE WHY WOULD SHE LISTEN TO ANY OF YOU DUMB A** BROKE B*****S.

‘PEOPLE SAY THE RED CARPET LOOK WAS HER DECISION YES I DONT MAKE HER DO NOTHING SHE DOESNT WANT TO BUT SHE DEFINITELY WOULDNT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO DO IT WITHOUT MY APPROVAL YOU STUPID A** WOKE PAWNS.

‘I HAVE NO RESPECT OR EMPATHY FOR ANY ONE LIVING CAUSE NO ONE LIVING CAN F**K WITH ME BUT I DO LOVE SOME PEOPLE AND I GIVE THEM FAVOR. [sic]’

He carried on his rant in the early hours, penning: Anyone who called my wife’s Grammy look a stunt is dumb and laaaame yes youuuu.

‘She been dressing naked for 2 years. Now all of a sudden it’s a stunt. Every single b***h on the planet wish they had her bravery body platform and access to money and a husband that supported they personal expression.

‘There are a lot of things that had to converge for this moment to happen.’

Censori, an Australian fashion designer, wed the Yeezy designer in December 2022.

The star has a bachelor’s and master’s degree in architecture from the University of Melbourne then became a student of architecture at DP Toscano Architects based in Collingwood, Victoria. 

Censori met the rapper when she became an architectural designer at Yeezy, Kanye West’s clothing and apparel company.

Since they hooked up, he has been dressing her in very skimpy outfits that have raised eyebrows. 

West has called Censori his ‘muse.’

She has gone out in some very strange outfits like a see-through raincoat when she had on no lingerie or clothing underneath.

She also wore a see-through dress to the 2025 Grammy Awards red carpet before leaving the event. The move was called a stunt by non-fans.

West also dressed Kim Kardashian when they were wed between 2014 and 2022. He famously went through her closet after they first started dating in 2012 and made her throw out tons of items.

He helped dress her for the Met Gala for several years and he also posed with her for Vogue magazine after their daughter North was born.
