Pixie Lott Stuns in Peach Chiffon Dress at London Eye Christmas Event Just Six Days Post-Birth

Pixie Lott looked radiant as she attended a festive light switch-on at the London Eye on Tuesday evening ahead of the release of her new Christmas movie, Christmas Karma. 

The singer, 34, who welcomed her second child just six days ago, stunned in a peach chiffon maxi dress as she joined co-star Billy Porter, 56, to transform the London Eye into a sparkling Christmas wreath in celebration of her upcoming movie. 

Pixie’s chic dress featured a semi-sheer chiffon design with long sleeves and delicate frilly trims throughout. 

She added height with a pair of gold open-toe heels and wore her blonde locks in soft waves as she beamed for the cameras. 

The star, who plays Mary Cratchit in the upcoming festive film, appeared in high spirits as she posed alongside Billy, Kunal Nayyar, Boy George, Gurinder Chadha, and Malkit Singh. 

Meanwhile, Billy, who stars as Christmas Present, cut a stylish figure in a brown trench coat paired with matching trousers and a quirky black shirt. 

The event was truly magical as the Bhangra band from the movie Bhangra Dance London surprised crowds with a musical performance of the movie’s hit theme song on the South Bank.

‘We had a wonderful time shooting the film in my incredible home city, so what better place to kick off the celebration and the festive season than in front of one of its most iconic landmarks – The London Eye.’

Christmas Karma, which was set and filmed primarily in London, is a British musical comedy written and directed by Gurinder Chadha. 

The movie follows the ghosts of Christmas past, present and future as they take a modern-day Scrooge on an unforgettable journey of self-discovery. 

The festive film is set to be released in UK cinemas on November 14. 

Pixie’s appearance at the event comes just days after she revealed on Instagram that she and her husband, Oliver Cheshire, had welcomed a second son. 

Uploading a sweet video of the baby gripping her finger, she penned: ‘he’s here’. 

The married couple are already the proud parents of son Albert, whom they welcomed in October 2023. 

Celebrity friends rushed to congratulate the couple as AJ Odudu and Jess Wright penned: ‘Awww CONGRATULATIONS’. 

Gaby Roslin added: ‘Ahhh huge congratulations to you beautiful and your whole family. Big love’ and Amy Jackson wrote: ‘Congratulations beautiful mamma’. 

Pixie announced that she was pregnant with her second child live on stage at London’s Mighty Hoopla in June.

While belting out her hits for the crowd of excited fans, Pixie happily declared: ‘I’m having another baby!’

She put on a very leggy display in a bright red blazer and a matching tie, while leaving her toned legs on full display. 

And after revealing her pregnancy, the stunning star cradled her blossoming bump, and she flashed a radiant smile for the cheering crowd.

Her very public announcement came in contrast to her first pregnancy, which she kept a secret until she was 31 weeks along.

The pop star took to Instagram to break the joyous news in June 2023, showing off her blossoming bump in a black sports bra and leggings, while Oliver planted a kiss on her stomach.

The overjoyed couple also flashed a huge smile as they held up a snap of the ultrasound for the camera and admitted they were counting down the days until they would meet their little one. 

Pixie wrote: ‘We are beyond excited to announce we are expecting our first child together and cannot wait to start a family of our own.’ 

She gave birth to a baby boy in September, later revealing his full name and adorable nickname, Bertie.

She wrote: ‘Albert Charles Cheshire. It has already been the most amazing time of our lives with you little Bertie and we feel so incredibly lucky you chose us to be your m and d xx.’

While the hitmaker has previously revealed her desire to have a ‘big family’, telling The Sun in 2021: ‘I’m a big family girl, a very big family girl. 

‘It is everything to me, so I would love to have my own when I can find the time. It’s such an amazing thing to have.’ 

Pixie and Oliver met for the first time at a Select Model catwalk show back in 2010 and quickly struck up a romance.

The model then popped the question in November 2016 on the steps of St Paul’s Cathedral in London.

The couple finally tied the knot in June 2022 at Ely Cathedral after they were forced to cancel their wedding several times due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Explaining their decision to postpone their nuptials rather than push ahead, Pixie previously said: ‘I didn’t want to do it when there were restrictions and we couldn’t invite everyone we wanted to because of the rules.

‘I wanted to wait until we could have the big party – our wedding will be a big party.’
