She might be celebrating her 70th birthday, however Kris Jenner doesn’t look a day over 40 after wowing fans with her incredible transformation.
The reality TV matriarch showed off her new age-defying look this summer after undergoing a $100k facelift.
Kris sought the expertise of Dr. Steven M. Levine – known as the ‘facelift maestro’ – to help her achieve her fresh-faced look, with the celeb favourite doctor’s procedures starting at $45,000 (£33,376).
The star has made sure to parade her new look at numerous events, recently looking more like Kim’s sister than her mother at the star’s 45th birthday celebrations in London.
Similarly she stole the show at Kim’s All’s Fair premiere last month wearing a vibrant yellow coat dress.
The momager’s vintage mini dress by Jean Paul Gaultier was accented with a chunky black belt, highlighting her trim waist. She completed the look with black tights and black heels.

Posing for a stunning cover shoot for Vogue Arabia’s September issue, the star spoke openly about her decision to go under the knife earlier this year.
Speaking to Vogue, Kris unapologetically admitted that ‘for me, this is ageing gracefully. It’s my version.’
‘I had a facelift about 15 years ago, so it was time for a refresh,’ she confided. ‘I decided to do this facelift because I want to be the best version of myself, and that makes me happy.’
‘Just because you get older, it doesn’t mean you should give up on yourself. If you feel comfortable in your skin and you want to age gracefully – meaning you don’t want to do anything – then don’t do anything. But for me, this is ageing gracefully. It’s my version.’
Kris revealed that her youngest daughter Kylie, 28, who has also recently opened up to fans about her cosmetic procedures, accompanied her to the surgery whilst Kim was ‘present at all times on FaceTime’.
And as well as sharing the surgery with her daughters, Kris has no regrets about being honest with fans about her latest procedure, reasoning that it ‘can be very inspirational to people who aren’t feeling so great about themselves.
‘Even when I had my hip replacement, we filmed it. I have the conviction that sharing these things can be helpful.’

Kris has always been open about regularly getting Botox to help maintain a taut, wrinkle-free visage.
She said on the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast last month: ‘It really is somehow my way of showing people and trying to inspire others not to be afraid of surgeries that you need that are necessary or even something you wanna do because you wanna feel better about yourself.’
‘And don’t be afraid of it,’ she added. ‘And fear is not your friend.’
In a 2018 Keeping Up With the Kardashians episode she welcomed viewers to follow along as she had an earlobe reduction procedure.
She lamented on the show, ‘All I want is just cute ears. Ever since Kim made a comment about my ears I’ve always wondered and now I am looking in the mirror obsessively like, “Are they too big?”‘
And the star added, ‘I learned that your nose and your ears keep growing your whole life. I think that the decision to do something about my ever-changing ears is suddenly a priority.’
Kris recently revealed she and the surgeon behind her latest lift devised of a ‘password’ she can give to pals seeking to book a consultation with him.
But the revelation has reportedly opened up a whole new can of worms for Levine’s practice.
Back in May fans did a double take when Kris showed off her fresh-faced look, looking remarkably like her second-oldest daughter Kim in the pictures (Kris pictured left in May 2025)
Katherine Ryan has even shared how she wanted to visit the same surgeon, but sadly his prices are now astronomical
Radar Online reported the office had been ‘absolutely plagued’ with callers attempting to guess the password – and the frenzy has even prompted the clinic to take drastic measures to control their phone line.
‘It’s been chaos. We’ve had people phoning in pretending to be assistants, stylists, cousins – even one person claiming to be her dog walker,’ the insider said.
‘Everyone’s trying to guess the magic word. We’ve had to take calls off the main line and screen every new inquiry,’ a clinic insider told the publication.
Meanwhile Katherine Ryan has even shared how she wanted to visit the same surgeon, but sadly his prices are now astronomical.
Speaking on Jamie Laing’s podcast Great Company, the comedian admitted: ‘I wanted to go to the guy who did Kris Jenner, but he’s very expensive now because everyone knows he did Kris Jenner.
She said he has already put his prices up to $240k after the worldwide exposure.
As well as her new face, a source has told the Daily Mail that the mother of six has revamped her closet to match her changing appearance.
‘Kris is no longer a size ten so she has no need for those clothes. She is a size six these days and thrilled about it. It’s the same size that she was in the 1980s,’ the insider spilled.
‘Her closet is completely different now — the items are so much smaller — and it makes her very happy to get back to the body that she had in her younger years,’ the source added.
While Jenner hasn’t publicly shared how she lost the weight, fans believe it could be due to using the diabetes and weight loss drug Ozempic.
Kris has historically attributed her lean figure to healthy eating and an active lifestyle.
