Kim Kardashian vs. Kourtney in Court for Hilarious Lemme Ad Amid Bar Exam Wait

Kim Kardashian faced off against her big sister Kourtney in the courtroom in a hilarious new add for Kourtney’s popular wellness brand, Lemme.

The reality TV star, 45, had all the confidence of a high-powered prosecutor as she grilled Kourtney, 46, about Lemme’s Colostrum Gummies and Colostrum Liquid Liposomal, which are launching on Thursday, November 6.

Kourtney sat calmly on the witness stand as Kim stated her case to the judge and jury, accusing her sister of ‘gatekeeping’ her ‘gut health secrets’ from the rest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan.

The ad was shared by both sisters with their respective Instagram followings on Tuesday and featured several references to Kim and Kourtney’s real-life feuds.

The ad is also a direct nod to Kim’s new Hulu show All’s Fair, which debuted Tuesday and sees Kim play a famed divorce attorney at an all-female law firm.

The SKIMS founder will soon learn if she passed the California Bar exam, which is the final step in her years-long quest to becoming a lawyer like her late father Robert Kardashian.

The Lemme add begins with Kourtney making her way into the packed courtroom in a chic white top, skirt, arm-length gloves and heels.

The judge presiding over the case then addresses Kourtney, telling her that she’s been ‘accused of failing to disclose your latest beauty and gut health secret, Lemme Colostrum.’

When asked how she’d like to plead, Kourtney replies: ‘Your Honor, I have done nothing but prioritize myself.’

Kim, donning a power suit, a white dress shirt and with her hair tucked up in a claw clip, interjects by telling the judge that she can ‘prove’ Kourtney is ‘gatekeeping.’

Kim then gets up from her seat and begins to address the court.

‘In this family, we share everything. NDAs, glam squads, group chats — and yes, supplements. So when I found out she was working on Lemme Colostrum, I waited, and waited, and waited,’ the mother-of-four said.

Kim explained that she got suspicious after she noticed Kourtney ‘was looking more Facetuned by the day. But she kept saying, ‘Kim, it’s not ready yet.”

Because of this, Kim tells the court that she had Kourtney ‘followed’ before dramatically unveiling an evidence board featuring photos of the Lemme founder carrying a bottle of Lemme Colostrum.

Kourtney then interjects to bring up a now-infamous quote that Kim once said to her during a fight captured on their family’s reality TV show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians, in 2018.

‘Your Honor, if I may, is it or is it not true that the prosecution once stated, and I quote, “Maybe if you had a f***ing business you were passionate about, you would know what it takes to run a f***ing business, but you don’t,”‘ she said.

‘Well now I do. And jealousy isn’t grounds for litigation.’

Kourtney adds that Lemme Colostrum ‘also improved my gut health and boosted my immune system. It’s just for my glowing skin.’

Kim fires back by declaring she’s the Kardashian sister that ‘invented glow!’

The response sends the courtroom into chaos, with one person even letting out a blood curdling scream. The judge is forced to throw down her gavel as she demands ‘order in the court.’

The camera then moves back to Kourtney on the witness stand as she casually whips out a bottle of Lemme’s latest gummies.

Kourtney, before placing a gummy in her mouth, tells the courtroom: ‘Let it be known, I feel incredible. Sue me!’

The ad comes less than one day after Kim’s highly-anticipated legal drama All’s Fair premiered on Hulu.

Along with Kim, the Ryan Murphy series also stars Naomi Watts, Sarah Paulson, Niecy Nash, Glenn Close and Teyana Taylor.

The show follows ‘successful divorce lawyer’ Allura Grant (Kardashian) ‘and the owner of an all-female law firm in Los Angeles,’ as per IMDb.

All’s Fair premiered Tuesday with three back-to-back episodes.

Episodes will continue to air weekly on Hulu until the two-episode season finale on December 9.

Amid the success of her first-ever leading role in a TV show, Kim is also awaiting the results of the California Bar exam she took four months ago, with results being posted in the coming days.

It marked a big step in her years-long pursuit to becoming a lawyer.

Kim spent six years working on a law apprenticeship — the unconventional path that allowed her to bypass law school — before officially wrapping the program on May 21, 2025.

She passed the ‘baby bar’ on her fourth try in December 2021.

In July 2025, Kim faced the notoriously brutal California bar, considered the hardest in the nation, with one of the lowest pass rates.

She took the two-day exam in July, answering 200 multiple-choice questions, five essay prompts, and one 90-minute performance test, according to TMZ.

She will find out the results on November 7, just two days before they’re made public on November 9 at 6pm PT.

While promoting All’s Fair last month, Kim admitted that waiting for the test results has made her a ‘nervous wreck.’

However, she said that her mom Kris Jenner is even more anxious than she is

‘They know how hard I worked, all the hours I put into this… I think they would just be deeply disappointed in the results if I didn’t pass,’ she told KISS.

Kim continued: ‘It wouldn’t be for lack of knowledge; it would just be for s*** test-taking skills. That’s what would be more frustrating, I think.

‘If I didn’t know it, you can go back and you can study harder – I know it. I know everything about the law and I’m so confident about that, so we’re just going to have to see.’

The SKIMS founder is following in her late father Robert Kardashian’s footsteps in her pursuit of becoming a lawyer.

Her dad was a revered defense attorney, most notably for O.J. Simpson during his 1995 murder trial. Robert died in July 2003 from esophageal cancer at age 59.
