Hailee Steinfeld Discusses Kids with Husband Josh Allen

Hailee Steinfeld opened up about starting a family with husband Josh Allen in a new interview.

The 28-year-old actress, who married the 29-year-old Buffalo Bills quarterback in May, told Bustle, ‘I literally thank God every day that I found my person, and it’s the greatest thing in the world.

‘Life makes sense. Everything makes sense. I feel like I am stepping into the version that I’ve always dreamed of being, having so much to do with being with him.’

And the brunette beauty — who stunned at Paris Fashion Week in July — said becoming a mother is a no-brainer — asked if the couple plan to have kids, she answered, ‘Of course.’ 

She emphasized in the November cover story that she feels more grounded in who she is than ever.

‘I’m stepping into my own as a woman, understanding who I am in every sense of the word,’ the silver screen siren affirmed.

Hailee outlined the details of her wedding day in her Beau Society email newsletter in June.

‘I’m sitting here with Josh, and we’re reminiscing on the best weekend of our lives for the millionth time,’ she wrote.

She continued, ‘Over the past two weeks, random yet very specific memories have been popping back into our heads, and we’ve been blurting them out to each other, often through smiles, laughs, and tears.’

The bride and groom tied the knot during a sunset ceremony in California on Saturday, May 31.

Exclusive DailyMail.com photos showed the moment a beaming Hailee was walked down the aisle by her dad Peter.

In a modern twist, she strayed from the traditional bridal bouquet and instead held a single rose covered in crystals.

The couple sealed their nuptials with a kiss in front of a crowd of guests before making their way back down the aisle as newlyweds.

The al-fresco wedding was held at San Ysidro ranch in Montecito — a celebrity favorite that has previously seen Chris Pratt, Gwyneth Paltrow and Jessica Simpson marry on its grounds.

Following their May wedding, the actress shared Polaroids on Instagram and captioned, ‘HUSBAND!’

For Hailee and Josh, the gardens of the $3,000-a-night hotel were decked out with white roses and elaborately trimmed bushes. 

Along with her father, the star’s mother Cheri and brother Griffin were also present, as were the athlete’s parents Joel and LaVonne, and his siblings Jason, Nicala and Makenna.

The ritzy nuptials marked the peak of a lavish wedding weekend that had been shrouded in secrecy — with even the date kept under wraps.

Eventually the celebrations were brought out into the open, thanks to an extravagant rehearsal dinner that saw Hailee model two different white dresses: a knee-length silk slip variety and a frothy minidress.

Josh kept it classic in a beige suit and, at one point, was seen shielding his now-wife from the California sunshine with a small white parasol.
