Stephanie Davis has made a vow to return to her natural, beautiful self as she provided a post-surgery update to Instagram this week.
The Hollyoaks star, 32, who underwent breast implant removal surgery earlier this week, explained to her followers in a new clip that the doctors were unable to fully removed her implants.
She admitted she’s had to swap them out for a much smaller implant to fill the loose skin around her bust.
Stephanie, who previously explained that she wanted a more natural size bust because big breasts don’t really suit her, told her followers: ‘Guys, I’m out through the other side.’
She continued: ‘Those ridiculous boobs have gone. I’m just so happy to be back to the way I used to be.
‘I know it’s going to take a while for them to settle in and drop and all that, and there’s still some swelling, so I couldn’t imagine what they’re going to be like once they’ve dropped and the swellings gone down, so I’m dead happy.’

Alongside the video clip, Stephanie captioned the post: ‘Natural small boobs again. Muscle repair from 2 children.
‘Then next week lip filler dissolved. Want to go back to the natural beautiful me. Please don’t take surgery lightly, think about what you are doing to your body.
She concluded: ‘It’s not a quick fix, happiness is an inside job.’
The post-surgery update comes just days after the star feared she wouldn’t ‘wake up’ from the surgery.
The actress expressed her worries to her Instagram followers shortly before going under the knife again.
In a previous video clip, Stephanie, who played Sinead O’Connor in Hollyoaks, said she was feeling nervous to remove her ‘horrible, massive’ implants and worried she ‘might not see anyone again’.
She said: ‘I’ve not slept last night worrying, but I know I’m in safe hands.
‘These horrible, massive implants that I got put in years ago, I’m having removed.
Instead, she had to swap them out for a much smaller implant due to loose skin around her bust (pictured earlier this week)
Stephanie told her followers: ‘Guys, I’m out through the other side. Those ridiculous boobs have gone. I’m just so happy to be back to the way I used to be’
‘I basically had no self-worth and thought, if I get big boobs, I’ll feel more confident, sexy, I’ll be more attractive.
‘And I could go back and never have got them done. But hey, ho.’
In a bid to raise awareness, she added: ‘You do things, willy nilly, not realising how drastic they are, all the effects it’s gonna have on your body.
‘I wish I could go back and never touched my body because I was perfect the way I was, but I couldn’t see that then.
‘So now I’m going back, trying to go back to the way I was. Implants out, small boobs, again, natural… because they have gone so big.’
In 2023, Stephanie confessed her boob job, which she had the year prior, was a ‘mistake’.
She told her followers at the time her plans to remove her breast implants, as they looked ‘far too big’.
In a candid Instagram post, she said: ‘That goes for my boobs too, I want them removed as soon as possible.
‘They make me look bigger than what I am and don’t match my frame & far to big. I want my natural self back.
‘I wish I could tell my old self how beautiful I was naturally instead of getting external things to try and fix the inside.
‘Please think properly about what your doing to your self. You can make decisions when your not in the best place, thinking it will help your confidence but let me tell you..
‘Love comes from the inside. It’s an inside job! Think before you do things youl later regret.
‘I think a lot of that comes with maturity over time and finding love for your self. Your beautiful just the way you are!’
In 2022, Steph jetted off to Turkey to undergo the procedure in a bid to boost her confidence.
