Mia Thornton announced on social media on Sunday that she’s engaged and plans to get married in April after announcing her split recently from Gordon Thornton.
The 39-year-old reality star posted a photo on Instagram showing herself in a zebra-print outfit in the open back door of a black SUV for her roughly 308,000 followers.
The Real Housewives Of Potomac star had her right arm and left leg wrapped around a man while flashing a huge sparkling band on the ring finger of her left hand.

Mia’s castmate Gizelle Bryant, 53, responded in the comments section to the announcement.

‘Okkkkkkkk! 2024 coming in hottttt!,’ Gizelle posted.
Mia announced her separation from Gordon, 71, after 11 years of marriage in a statement to People in late September.
She began her separation announcement by stating: ‘Like all marriages, ours has had its ups and downs.’
Mia went on to state that she, as well as Gordon, were primarily concerned about the well-being of their loved ones.
‘At this time, Gordon and I are separated, but my family is my number one priority, and I am committed to doing whatever it takes to make sure we are okay. We ask that you respect our privacy and give us the time and space to figure things out,’ she said.
Mia and Gordon initially met in 2003 during a charity event that was held at a strip club.
The pair eventually struck up a relationship and got married in March 2012.
Mia and Gordon have eight-year-old son Jeremiah Carter and daughter Juliana, six, together. They also have children from their previous relationships, including Mia’s daughter Sasha.

The current eighth season of The Real Housewives Of Potomac has shown Mia and Gordon living a downsized lifestyle after Gordon was voted out of the family business.
Mia downsized from a 10,000 square feet home to 1,500 square feet after her family could no longer afford to pay $10,000 a month.
Gordon during a November episode said he was depressed for months before they were able to pivot.
Mia’s marital woes were hinted at in the trailer for the season as she was seen in one clip admitting that she had once sought the services of a ‘divorce lawyer’ during a particularly rough part of her marriage.
She was also seen while telling her castmate, Ashley Darby, 35, that she ‘might’ have married her husband for his wealth.
Gordon told TMZ that he was blind-sided when Mia handed him court documents in mid-August that signaled her intent to legally separate.
