While Khloe, 41, was dressed up as a cuddly pink Care Bear, Kris, 69, pulled out the stops to transform into a sultry circus ringmaster.
Showing off her sleek $100K facelift and sensational hourglass figure, Kris served up a generous helping of cleavage in the elegantly fitted ensemble.
Emphasizing her vertiginous legs with a high pair of black leather boots, she pranced around with a whip, adding a mischievous dominatrix air to the proceedings.
Proudly posting videos of Kris to Instagram, Khloe – who is her mother’s next-door neighbor – cooed over her as a ‘goddess,’ a ‘queen’ and a ‘legend.’
She added that her mother had plucked the outfit ‘out of her closet’ rather than even going to the trouble of having to buy a new costume this year.

Kris has previously dated her ‘first facelift’ back to 2011, a procedure she had documented for reality TV on Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
Her latest facelift was the handiwork of the New York plastic surgeon Dr. Steven Levine, whose association with Kris has seen him flooded with potential clients.
In fact he has received so much unwanted attention that he and Kris devised a password that her friends can use when she refers them to him.
I said: “Listen. I really want you to have the credit for what you did. I know you don’t care, and you’re not on social media, and you’re not out there. You’re the busiest surgeon or professional I’ve ever met, and you don’t need the attention.” He didn’t want the attention, which I loved,’ Kris said on Not Skinny But Not Fat.
‘And I said: “But do I have your permission to say who you are?” And he goes: “Listen. I’ll tell you what. As long as we can come up with a password so that if somebody calls and says: ‘I’m Kris Jenner’s best friend, and can I have a consultation?’ They have to say the secret password,”‘ the momager explained.
‘If I told you how many times his office has called and said, you know: “Julie Monopoly’s on the phone, and she says she’s your best friend.” And I’m like: “I’ve never heard of her.” So definitely, people have tried to get in,’ shared Kris.
Shortly thereafter, a clinic insider recently alleged that their office has been so inundated with phone calls by people trying to guess the password.
‘It’s been chaos. We’ve had people phoning in pretending to be assistants, stylists, cousins – even one person claiming to be her dog walker,’ the insider dished.
